I live close by in Bristol and so qualify for the local deliver service, which I find to be excellent. I get a text message when the delivery arrives so even if I don’t hear the door I can retrieve the frozen stuff before it gets warm.

I used to buy hampers direct from Paleo Plus, but they’re big and you don’t get to pick and choose, Go-Raw allows me to buy smaller quantities of exactly the flavours I want. They are also generally cheaper than the competition here in Bristol.

One time they couldn’t supply an item I ordered, they rang my mobile to ask exactly what substitution I wanted. Faultless service.

I bought from them once. But ever since I get texts trying to sell me more. I keep blocking the numbers but still keep getting them. No opt-outs.

Thank you for your reply, but you need to have opt-out options. The only way to opt out shouldn't involve leaving a review.

Just received my first order from Go-raw and I can’t be happier. The order arrived within 24 hours of being placed all products were still frozen and the treats we ordered were wrapped separately. Looking forward to ordering again

My recent order was advised as 24hr delayed delivery by DPD which was worrying as it’s frozen raw food. One call to Go Raw and they sorted out a replacement delivery to replace the failed one. Excellent customer service and they’ve always been good since I started using them.

Twice ordered from here, 1st time the delivery was OK, but boxes were damaged, 2nd time, most of the product was thawed, driver was late, so just left the boxes dumped on the porch without checking anyone was in. Majority of packets were split open so lost some of the content. Not very good. May be OK if you live closer to store, but not good for me.

I will not be buying from this company again. At first I got an email stating that my order had been cancelled without reason and then the package arrived. I bought frozen yogurt for my dog, but they arrived at the bottom of a box ( in some sort of wrapping attempting to keep it cool and failing), with half of them exploded and unable to be used.

Fantastic shop with a great range of Raw brands, with a full range of different meats to suit all dogs tastes, massive amount natural treats and toys. Something for every dog and the staff are always polite and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Wow what a place, was recommended to go hear by a friend, done a months shop and saved about £60 on what I normally pay and their range is amazing. Will be coming back for sure
