We hired Sean and his team to prepare and mail out our foreign account documents. They were quite efficient, and everything was completed on schedule. We just learned the submission was accepted and the process is complete. We couldn't be more pleased.
He is the expert in this field of law. Once you start researching, you will see his videos and feel a sense of calm. I highly recommend him.

I’ve just completed the OVDP process. Sean was a tremendous help to me through the entire, complicated procedure. Sean provided expert advice where things were particularly difficult. He is highly experienced with this sort of work and has an excellent knowledge of both US and Australian tax laws. Sean used this knowledge to negotiate with the IRS a substantially reduced penalty that I had to pay. Sean was always reassuring through our multiple phone conferences and emails.

I didn't know what to expect when contacting this tax law company, but I was pleasantly surprised. Their process was pretty simple. I used their contact form and asked them about talking to their head lawyer. Their office manager was super nice and friendly and quickly got me in through a cancellation. I felt SO much better after talking to Mr. Golding. He really calmed me down and helped me realize that my situation is not that bad. My only regret is not talking to him sooner.

I spoke with Mr. Golding for about 30 minutes, he was very easy to talk with and he answered all of my questions clearly and directly and helped me to understand and resolve my situation in the best way possible. Their front office was also very professional and prices very reasonable for the services offered. I did not need further consultation beyond the 30 minutes this time, but I'd definitely call on Golding Lawyers again if the need arises.

From the moment I spoke with Sean, I immediately felt at ease. He had a calm demeanor and confidently answered all of my questions. I actually had my mom on the call with us because she and I were having the same tax issue. Mom isn't fluent in English and I was a little concerned I'd have to spend time with her after the call to explain what Sean spoke about, but I was surprised to see that she pretty much understood what he was saying. He explained some pretty complicated things but in a way that made it easy for even for my mom to understand. I'd recommend him for sure.
