I just checked my account. I gave GodStar $14k to buy precious metal IRA. I only have a little over $10k in IRA? I don't know what happened?

They are very knowledgeable and make the process of converting IRA to good easy to understand and do.

i thought the fees were 240 and
they were 260. (review-09/26/2024).

Everything went very smoothly. The only glitch was the process with the certificate was not explained clearly. I was under the impression there would be no fees since I was given a certificate waiving my fees and learned afterwards that the fees are waived after my first purchase and the initial purchase did not count. This was a surprise that I was not expecting.

The person I spoke with knew exactly which form I needed and sent it right away. On the same day I sent my completed form, they were able to take care of my request,
