GO Outdoors - Banbury Bewertungen

We had very little time but Amelie was helpful,& polite yet gave us space. Fantastic choice of sandals. Would have shopped more as we love a go outdoors but we ran out of time.

Quick ordering staff helpful at pickup. But having to return as not suitable for my needs. Does not do what it says on the description.

Welcoming, clean and easy on the eye store as soon as you walk through the door. Well-stocked and good variety of your outdoor needs.
Amelie who assisted me with my purchase, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Shaun is always so welcoming and willing to help every time I come into the store. Couldn’t recommend him enough for professional and honest advice.

Shaun is so helpful and is clearly very knowledgeable about the products but isn't pushy, which I really appreciate. This makes looking for products that you aren't really sure what you should be looking for much less stressful. He is a real asset to the store.

Silas is such a helpful young man! So intelligent and very good service!

Today we were given all the help and advice we needed by Shaun. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the items we needed for a D of E. Bronze expedition. We are very grateful for his excellent attention and came away remembering his saying of “no hurry, no worry!” It was a most pleasant shopping experience .

Thanks Shaun fir help finding hiking boots for my son for D of E. Much appreciated.

Callum couldn't have been more helpful

Got into the fishing section and Shaun came over and offered help and as soon as I said fishing umbrella he took me straight to them made sure all of the bits and bobs were with it and I was in and out like a flash 10/10 service and big shout out to Shaun he is a legend

We went for a tent and camp beds. We tried some camp beds that were up but unfortunately not in stock. A lovely guy named Umar helped us try other camp beds from the shelf but as none were suitable he advised us to order the ones we wanted in line. Very friendly and helpful.

Shaun was extremely helpful with selecting and fitting a rucksack, walking shoes and even advice on socks. He’s very knowledgable and a credit to the store!

I came to the shop and was looking for some DofE shoes and was trying loads of pairs on but this lovely girl called Nimrah gave me some recommendations for Scarpa shoes and when I tried them on they were exactly what I was looking for which was so good she was such a good help

It was so nice to have some expert advice from Shaun in the boot department, he was knowledgeable and helpful in what we were seeking. He was patient and took time whilst we made a decision.

I had just gone on my gold DofE practice expedition the day before and had an issue with some of my gear. The employee named Shaun was really friendly and helpful in setting me up for my real expedition, and really helped me with my purchase. The shop is also excellent all round with the staff at the till being helpful too, although I didn’t get their names.

Bought a great new pair of walking shoes. Should have gone there first. Kade was the service/sales lady that assisted me with selection and sizing my shoe. Very professional and knows her products well. Thank you Kade.

We were out to buy new hiking boots for our honeymoon. We were served by Tom who was really helpful and very engaging, he’s a credit to the store. I would gladly recommend to anyone interested in boots to go here, the prices were also excellent for what we got.

Great service - thank you for your help Shaun

Staff member was very helpful. He helped me make a choice between two colours for an item and had fun reasoning for which one was better for me! 😊😊

Had Shaun help me today, he helped me choose some great trousers, T-shirts and a rain jacket for my hiking/backpacking trip! Big thanks to him for the great recommendations. People like him and the other staff there are the reasons I prefer shops than online !!
