I went into the Milton Keynes branch to buy a pair of walking boots which I always have issues with getting the right pair. I currently have a pair of 8year old Salamon's which have always been a bit too narrow. I was served by Josh who I thought had a great knowledge of the different brands you stock and the positive or negative reviews associated with each. He answered all questions and gave advice he didn’t push at all and I think genuinely wanted to get the correct pair for me. I found him approachable and interested. Well done Josh, it’s quite rare to get a young member of staff that professional. He is certainly a great asset to your company and should be commended for his attitude to his job. If only every company had a Josh. Well done again. I hope this review reaches your senior management and Josh himself.

Beautiful help from Dylan who helped me select the put up bed i was looking for. giving demonstrations, information and overall support, give this man a raise. Rome served me in no time with a smile and somehow managed to sell me a membership I was not looking for, fantastic salesman ship from him. Beautiful expirance and will return thanks to the 2 gentlemen

I went to the Milton Keynes store, looking for a carabiner to hold my water bottle. I chose the cheapest, and went to the checkout. A very helpful man called Rome asked me what I was going to hold with it. He suggested I get a different one, he thought the small one would not hold a full bottle of water. So I followed his suggestion.

He was very courteous and proactive, clearly wanting me to get the best product. It was very kind of him.

We managed to find everything we wanted and the cashier (Rome) was very helpful and made the process of checking our membership was still available and using our DofE discount very easy!!

Not the biggest of stores but it had all we were after, free parking is great but a little small and tight.
Cannot fault the staff, all extremely helpful, massive shout out too Rome, he went above and beyond helping us at the till.

Went into store to purchase some bits for an upcoming camping trip. My friend and I are complete novices when it comes to camping and after speaking to Molly we feel a lot more prepared for our trip. She was very helpful and patient and took the time to show us lots of products that would better our experience. Josh and I are very grateful,

Staff are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Special shout out for Rome at the paying desk who offered to carry my purchases to the car. Always a good range of camping equipment and a good price. Good quality too.
