Rebecca is a credit to Stockton branch, she has a great personality very knowledgeable, helped both myself and husband achieve the right footwear.

Today I wanted to buy some summer walking boots.
I was served by Helen in that department. She was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous and smiley.
Normally I do not look forward to having to replace such mundane but very important items of footwear such as walking boots. But in this instance, Helen turned the experience into an easy possibility, with smiles , willingness and jollity. Very special thanks to HELEN !!

Well once again Rebecca does it again !!! great advice given on hiking shoes my 3rd pair of footwear I've bought based on her advice a pleasure to deal with an a true asset to go outdoors stockton.

I was supposed to get a email when it arrived but sadly didn't.
The lad who found it for me was spot on and obviously not his fault.
The item was spot on just a lack of communication

Visited the Stockton store today to kit the kid out for a school trip, walking past the footwear section I recognised some sound advice coming from a member of staff.
I enquired about boots for my partner for an upcoming hike, her understanding and advice was simply amazing, knowledge of the products and tips simply blew me away, teaching even a seasoned hiker like myself some new tips.
That knowledge was only beaten by her excellent customer service.
Rebecca thank you, haven’t had such great service in a retail store for longtime.

Karen was very polite she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in the store 10/10 service.

Went in. Found shoes I wanted. Pricing clear. Not hassled by staff. Went to till. No queues. Paid. Renewed my Go Outdoors card because staff told me it had expired. Left. Easy.

We were looking at body protectors for our daughter. The member of staff took her time to fit her for a new body protector, explaining the process as she went. Very helpful and informative.

My first order was cancelled as delivery was not possible to my area, I did not receive refund for £3.95 delivery charge. As the jacket I ordered was still showing as available I ordered, using click and collect. Again my order was cancelled. When I queried this, I was told that sometimes this happens. My question was, why postage was not refunded as my order was cancelled by Go Outdoors, not by me.

Had a lovely experience today in the store and was served by Fay. She was extra helpful and very friendly whilst serving us.

Carpark 2 hours dissapointing as woukd have like to browse for longer, trying jackets in is time consuming... husband had to run out and move car while i was at the checkout

Needed a replacement for failed Scarpa's settled for Meindl after trying every (five)similar boot in two sizes from the display. Helen must have worn her shoes out with the back and fourth to the store room all without complaint. Very happy with the service let's hope Meindl last better than my
Scarpa's.

After speaking to several different people via the telephone and getting nowhere I drove to the Stockton branch and spoke to an extremely helpful lady called Vicki.
She sorted the issue, straight away and was wonderful!
She sorted the membership issues and arranged for stock to be brought out from the stock room for me to purchase. I was beginning to lose faith in Go Outdoors but thanks to Vicki that faith has been restored. A shout out also to Karen who along with Vicki made the whole experience pleasant with a touch of humour whilst staying professional. 10/10

Went into the store in Stockton to have a look at the quality of the product before coming home and ordering via online site. Very easy process and continual communication regarding the delivery process from both go outdoors and evri delivery. Three days from order to doorstep and a very satisfied customer. Thank you go outdoors

I came in for the gait analysis as I am back into running after a long time and Harley was so patient and answered all of my questions. I would 100% recommend coming here for a gait analysis as Harley was really knowledgeable on the different types of shoes and what would best suit my needs.

I visited your stockton on tees store and wanted to purchase a new coat to the value of £130.00. Sadly there was only one coat left on the rail in a size smaller than I wanted. You had three female staff members all taking close to where I was. I approached them and asked if you had a coat in my size, I was abruptly advises we have lots of just come in and all nin boxes so cant tell you. The same three fenales had time to chat for over 10 minutes and laugh at their own jokes. I have not experienced such bad service in a store like this. I purchased other items and advised your sales assistant on the tills of my experience. I believe her name was Fay, ahe was extremely friends and also asked if there was a coat in my size to by advised no.
