Went there found what I wanted so far so good. Paying £6 for an item that would be £3 if I joined, seemed a bit steep. I live Kent/ SE London borders so a long way to travel
However the shop was well laid out & staff helpful

Security tag wasn’t removed
The coat seems fine and is the colour my daughter wanted but it didn’t have the security tag removed. No alarm sounded when we left the shop. It will be very inconvenient having to go back as she lives in supported living so is reliant on care staff and I don’t live near Tunbridge Wells

Extremely helpful staff
Extremely helpful staff. Over the past week they offered advice both in person and over the phone, exchanged a faulty item for us, did some product research on our behalf, checked stock at sister stores... Really, they couldn't have done more to help us, and were just lovely to interact with.

Amazing service
Visited this store to do a click and collect and had a few issues with internet connection etc. Both staff members there were absolutely amazing, so helpful and in particular Josh must've spent about 45 minutes making sure I he fixed my issue. Super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great service !

Really helpful and friendly staff. Got my discount for being a member plus I was told I got extra discount as a National Trust Member so my rather expensive new raincoat turned out to be very good value. Lots of choice. Well laid out shop. Would recommend.
