GO Outdoors - Tunbridge Wells (Express) Bewertungen

Despite doing a stock take, the staff were really helpful and allowed me to try on a range of hiking shorts and trousers with no hassle. Moreover, they went the extra mile to check stock for colours and leg length. Great team and impressive service and knowledge.

This was my first dealing with Go Outdoors. I got a great price and everything arrived really quickly and collection from store was seamless. I was delighted and now I am a member I'll keep an eye out for new deals.

While busy with a customer, Rupert could see that I was looking at sandals and had taken a pair to try on at the seating provided. He excused himself from his customer and brought over the foot rest to help me. In the end his customer and I were discussing the sandals we were trying on while Rupert dealt with our needs. An enjoyable experience with the expert help from Rupert. We were on holiday but I would recommend GoOutdoors Tunbridge Wells (Express).

Went in to get everything my grandson needed for his upcoming Duke of Edinburgh trip. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about DoE and the best equipment and clothing to buy at a reasonable price.
Will return for anything else we need.

Very efficient and friendly service.

This is a good shop selling a wide range of high quality products at competitive prices.
I got the particular brand and type of men’s walking boots I was looking for.
Chloe who served me was polite, helpful and very efficient.

Rupert was extremely helpful and patient.
Great to go into a shop where the sales staff are so knowledgeable and can advise you on different hiking shoes/trainers, hiking socks and insoles.

According to my receipt I was served by Assistant 006, a chap. He was very helpful and patiently listened to my podiatry problems. He found a really comfortable walking shoe for me, with a lot of room in the toe box, and made sure it fitted well. I am breaking them in around home at the moment but I am optimistic they will allow me to go on rambles without experiencing foot pain for the next week or so.
Big thank you to number 6

Emma at tunbridge wells is amazing she’s one of those rare people you meet that treats you like family even though it’s your first time meeting her. Great smile, great energy. You couldn’t have anyone better representing the company. She is great!

Excellent and friendly service from Rupert in Tunbridge Wells.

Whilst visiting my daughter in Tonbridge, I took her along to the Tunbridge Wells Outdoor shop as my granddaughter is doing a D of E course and needed some equipment including walking boots. My daughter was served by a lovely young man by the name of Caleb. After he had sorted out the boots for my granddaughter, Caleb assisted myself in choosing a pair of boots. He was so informative on the selection available and was also extremely patient in my indecisiveness on choosing the right pair. I don’t normally leave reviews unless I have received exceptional service in which in this visit, for a young man of Caleb’s age, it is unusual to receive such service and so I just had to commend him for his patience, advice and his personality. Well done Caleb and thank you.

Bowled over by the level of customer service in store today (2.5.26) ibrahim and a lovely lady who’s name I didn’t note but between them they made me and my 14 year old son feel so comfortable they were like personal shoppers. We had no knowledge as we entered the store -James is embarking on D of E bronze and the support and advice was amazing. We got everything on our list but not because there was a hard sell but because Ibrahim and his colleague were focused on making sure James had what he needed. Teenagers don’t normally enjoy shopping but as we left the store James was enthusing as to how much fun we had had and how excited he was about the kit we had purchased. I don’t feel I see the good old fashioned customer service demonstrated in retail stores anymore but my word it’s certainly delivered and delivered enthusiastically and passionately at Go Outdoors Tunbridge Wells. What a great experience- highly recommend!

Excellent purchasing experience . Chloe was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in providing information about the walking shoes to purchase. This is not my first time in Go Outdoors in Tunbridge Wells and I will certainly be returning.

Chloe gave expert advice on walking boots. Thank you!

Rupert was extremely helpful and patient in helping me find just the right pair of walking shoes.

I found it easy to purchase the item I required and get it delivered to my local store.

Your customer service people are great also from some help they gave me on a previous purchase.

Really positive visit to Go Outdoors today. Served by Caleb and he was super helpful and knowledgeable as I tried out different walking shoes/ boots. Thanks for being amazingly patient too as I was being so indecisive!

Caleb and the rest of the team were very helpful - and they had the shoe sizes we needed in loads of styles so well worth the trip to the shop
