I’ve given the middle star cos not sure yet if this is good or bad - but I suspect bad. I have paid over £800 deposit and flight money for the sea and sand to Turkey some of the money was for booking an upfront seat. Despite paying this money months ago it now appears they have not booked me on a flight or reserved an upfront seat. Surely this is taking money - if not illegally - at least not morally ?? They want another £1,500 at the end of June so a very expensive 2 weeks in Turkey !! I wonder how trustworthy this company is ?

As a returning GoSingles customer who has travelled with us previously, we were naturally surprised by the concerns raised regarding the legitimacy of the booking arrangements, particularly as your holiday is protected as part of an ATOL protected package holiday.
As explained directly, your booking, flights and seating requests were all correctly recorded within the airline allocation system linked to your package holiday arrangements. However, final seat numbers are only confirmed closer to departure in accordance with standard airline and package holiday operating procedures and remain subject to airline operational control.
In order to resolve your concerns fairly and transparently, we offered several options, including:
continuing with the holiday arrangements as booked,
arranging independent flights should you have preferred direct airline control or cancellation with a full refund of monies paid.
Following clarification of the above, we understand you have confirmed your wish to proceed with the holiday arrangements.
At GoSingles, we always aim to deal with customer concerns fairly, professionally and transparently, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation publicly.
Worst Holiday Rep Ever
Returned from GoSingles holiday to Tenerife, have had many great holidays with them in the past, but the holiday rep Sabina did not meet us at the airport.
There was no meet & greet, didn't see her at any point throughout the duration of holiday., who was she? what did she look like? does she even exist! No communication whatsoever. Could she be on her own holiday in another country! GoSingles are paying this rep for being useless & not doing her job. The only contact from her was to a whatsApp msg sent by a concerned holidaymaker from the group regarding our return pick up times for the airport. Sabina has to be the worst holiday rep ever. The only positive in all this was the hotel The Gara Suites Golf & Spa which was fabulous.

It was great value for money
It was great value for money. Easy place to find, whatever you were travel from. The hotel was a dream and the staff even better. Excellente customer services, great spa, good food (nobody could finish it all!) and Elsa was great, making sure the whole group had a memorable time. I recomended. I will do it again.

Disorganised
I enjoy the holiday and the company of the rest of the group. I didn't like it when I found out that go singles forgot to buy the tour tickets for Granada for the group until the 12th hour when we all kicked up a fuss and even then it was for only some of the group and not the whole. The whole reason I booked this holiday was for Granada. To me this was a miselling of the holiday

La Belle Cádiz River boat Holiday
Had. Fabulous River cruise with go singles. Food on La Belle Cadiz was excellent as were all the staff, who were very attentive to our needs. We were kept very busy with various tours and town walks as well as the option to just chill on the deck!

as always Jennie was super helpful throughout the whole process of booking she really is a credit to your organisation
However unfortunately this doesn’t appear to be the case with all members of the team
our pick up a Seville airport was less than satisfactory with a driver who could speak no English whatsoever and didn’t seem to know where she was taking us to. We had it pointed out to us that she didn’t have WhatsApp which is how we all been communicating which made this all the more complicated.
Whilst it wasn’t a problem for me, there were also issues with the Granada trip that had not been booked properly. It wasn’t a problem for me because I never intended to go. I believe there were some very unhappy people one in particular who didn’t secure a ticket was actually crying on the day of the trip because she couldn’t go as there was no allocation for her
The ship itself in terms of the Carrier was exceptional. The food is wonderful. The stuff are amazing and the cabin which I had chosen to be on the upper deck was very good.
The major downside of this trip is that there’s not a lot of sailing so when we moored in Seville for four days out of the seven my view was of the dockside Ie no view at all and i had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time because people could see directly into my room There were a lot of trips with the Granada trip being a six hour round-trip and others being four hour Round trips neither of which I went on because I couldn’t face such long trips on a coach I realise that this is a logistics issue but nevertheless it was disappointing as for me as the major part about these trips is the sailing
The weather was very nice and the ship had been advertised as having a pool When we arrived we discovered that the pool is only actually available, and in terms of available . I mean actually existing in the summer months This was again disappointing

Fab holiday
This has been my second trip with GoSingles and both have been very enjoyable.
I met lovely people and we had lots of laughs in an opulent hotel.
It's great that we get to say hello before the trip by chatting on the WhatsApp group which GoSingles set up. Really good idea.

Avoid GoSingles
I had a horrible experience with GoSingles this year. Too deflated at the time to leave a review, I now feel it’s important to warn others about GoSingles’ sharp practice.
In a nutshell, I had to cancel a holiday just over seven weeks in advance. GoSingles were inflexible and charged a £1,423 cancellation fee. I believe GoSingles then resold the holiday, as the trip was later shown as fully booked on their website. Consumer law states that if a travel firm resells a cancelled holiday, customers are generally entitled to a refund of their money, minus reasonable admin costs or a fair, proportionate fee. GoSingles appear not to operate in line with this law.
The details are: I booked and fully paid for a week’s holiday in Sicily from 8th September 2025. I was then notified of an NHS hospital appointment on 9th September to review unsuccessful surgery. Whilst not the type of appointment for urgent treatment that would be covered by holiday insurance, it was vital for me to attend. Changing the date of the hospital appointment would mean waiting a further five months.
I proposed to GoSingles that I join the holiday on 10th September. After all, I had paid for it: the room and return travel should be available to me. I was happy make my own outward travel arrangements or for GoSingles to do this, with me paying any additional cost. Quite absurdly, GoSingles would not allow me to join the holiday two days late. I therefore had no choice but to cancel.
There was a further twist. At one point, GoSingles sent an email stating: ‘we do have the option of moving your booking to a later date for another Italian break’. I was temporarily relieved and thanked them. But it turned out that GoSingles were offering only one particular date for an alternative holiday. This clashed with my god-daughter’s wedding so I could not accept the offer. GoSingles would not offer any further date.
One further point, I have seen how GoSingles twist things in their replies to negative reviews. If they quote a positive statement from me, this will have been made during the brief period when I thought they really were offering me another Italian break that I would be able to take up.
Overall, I strongly advise travellers NOT to book with GoSingles. Do not get caught out by their sharp practice. Do not allow them to push you into cancellation, keep your money and resell your holiday.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry that you were dealing with a hospital appointment at the same time as your holiday plans- we understand how stressful that must have been.
That said, we do need to clarify a few important points so readers have an accurate picture.
You contacted us just over one month before departure to cancel your Sicily holiday. By that stage, flights, hotel rooms, transfers and ground services had already been paid to our suppliers. These costs are not kept by GoSingles, they are charged to us by airlines, hotels and overseas partners, and many of them are strictly non-refundable. This is why the cancellation charge is applied, in line with our booking terms, which are agreed at the time of booking. This is also why we strongly recommend travel insurance, as situations such as medical or hospital appointments are exactly what insurance is designed to cover.
Your request to join the group two days later was not something we could accommodate, as this was a group holiday with fixed flights, transfers and hosted arrangements. Allowing guests to arrive partway through would break supplier contracts, and the cost would be much higher than normal.
Despite this, we did make every effort to help. We contacted our suppliers and were able to offer you an alternative Italian departure, which you initially welcomed and thanked us for. Unfortunately, when that date did not suit your personal commitments, no further options were available from our suppliers.
Finally, regarding the suggestion that the holiday was resold: group travel works on fixed contracts. Even if a departure later shows as “full”, this does not mean your specific flight ticket and hotel allocation were refunded back to us — the airline ticket remained non-refundable, and the hotel had already been paid.
We’re disappointed that your review presents a different version of events, but we genuinely wish you well and regret that this situation could not be resolved more positively.

Great Christmas mainly because the group were such lovely people
The greatest Christmas I've had with the most amazing group of people.The entertainment wasn't quite up to standard there could have been a separate room in the hotel for a disco and the rooms were not warm enough though if you mentioned it early enough you would have been given an oil heater. Prices of tea/ coffee and drinks a bit steep but overall I was pleased with the Christmas break

Berlin to Prague River Cruise.
Just returned from my 2nd GoSingles River Cruise. Another amazing experience. Pre Travel arrangements were clear, professional and helpful thanks to Beth and Jennie in the office.
The Cruise itself was fantastic. The food and staff were exceptional again. Visited , some beautiful places. Was lucky enough to stop at the Christmas Market at Magdeburg which opened the day we arrived.
Prague was beautiful and will return again to visit.
Could not fault this trip from booking to returning home. This is a must do Cruise.
Can’t wait for my next River Cruise. Already planning my next one!!

Thank you for your reply to my review.I want point out that I was not given an option at any time to change or cancel my trip. This is despite my disappointment I which expressed to one of your staff.
My advice to anyone thinking of choosing a holiday with this company is to find out the minimum required persons they accept for the trip they are interested in. If possible ask them how many people have actually booked. Unbeknown to me the minimum on my trip to Cuba was 4 ! Of which there was cancellations leaving just 2 of us. I was informed with an unapologetic telephone call 5 days before the trip.
Their motto " Go so solo but not alone "
Is laughable.
On a better point the guide in Havanna were brilliant but we did not see any representative in Varadero. Just text messages.

There were genuine last-minute cancellations, which reduced the group size below the original expected numbers. Once this occurred, we contacted you promptly to explain the situation and the options available.
You chose to proceed with the holiday alongside your friend, and no concerns or objections were raised before departure. Had you preferred not to travel under the revised circumstances, an alternative option would have been offered in line with our booking terms and conditions.
Regarding Varadero, our Rep attempted to arrange a welcome meeting and was available during your stay. One of your excursions to Cayo Blanco safari was disrupted; our representative was on hand to assist you in rearranging the excursion.
We are pleased to hear your positive comments about the guide in Havana and will ensure this feedback is passed on.

Lake Garda ITALY
Recently got back from Lake Garda... what a week! 🇮🇹 Stayed at the Gardasol Hotel and had the best time It was a great group of 15 solo travellers. Loads of laughs, great company, and stunning views everywhere we looked.
Hotel was spot on, it was clean, comfy, and right near the lake. Ended up getting a great price on it so it was amazing value, and had more to spend in the country. Very happy to have done another solo trip with Gosingles, highly recommend, felt comfortable and ended up meeting a few new mates and shared memories.

Good experience for anyone with a sense of adventure. Friendly & knowledgeable tour guides . Good food with plenty of choice on the menu. The scenery, the people, the culture, it all makes an impression that will last in your memories. The other people on the tour were just great, we all had our own different characters but we got on just great, i would invite them back for a room party any day.
