I was contacted by GRB via email just over a year ago, with the suggestion that based on my degree and profile details there may be an appropriate role for me to apply to. The team helped me to prep to the best of my ability for the interview and tests included in my application and did a lot of the leg work for me. Their help made me feel confident and I managed to get the job! Ruby Bullimore and Emma Chapman were very helpful and responsive via email, quickly answering any queries I had at any point. I am very grateful for the service that GRB provided, enabling me to get a head start in my career. Thank you! :)

On the other hand, I must've received like 100 emails in total from other consultants about different roles that I know I'd be a good fit for, yet I just never hear back after I send in my CV :') They hype up the company, say they'll send your CV through, ask you all these questions, contact you about a completely different role a month later, when you ask them what happened to the previous ones, turns out they're not hiring anymore, or they just don't reply :')

Don't waste your time with this company, you will be better off applying directly with the employers. If you fail to secure the job you don't get any feedback from GRB without chasing aggressively.

My experience with the GRB has been amazing especially with Katy. Katy Prior has guided me from the very start of the application process to the final stage. She helped me get my dream job in logistics and her support was outstanding. I would love to meet her and say thank you! It took me 2 years of endless applications trying my best to get a graduate scheme in logistics. Though when the GRB sent me an email to apply, I was able to get the job after a month (from the application process to moving out and starting my new job). Everything happened so quickly and I was thankful that they were very patient and responsive to all of my enquiries. I would truly recommend reading the job advertisement they regularly send in your emails because they do respond and they do look out for you! Thank you Katy!

I put my CV on the GRB website and 45 minutes later I got a call. After a few questions, they put me forward for an interview with one of the world's biggest companies a mere 10 days later. They then offered me ongoing support and guidance to help me prep for the interview. Best news I had all year was when I landed the job earning more than I could ever have dreamed of as a recent graduate and with unlimited career prospects.

GRB were extremely helpful pre-interview stage and stayed interested and engaged throughout the application process. They went over the interview process, questions and popular methods that the employer uses for candidates. They also listened and gave me feedback on my STAR answers.

They then offered me support, guidance, mock interviews and vital resources to help me prep for the interview. I got the job. 36k a year with a sign on fee and a yearly bonus.
