A star service from start to finish
I can not fault the service from Great Gizmos.
They answered all my questions pre-purchase and were kind and courteous throughout and were prepared to send my purchase in a mailing bag as opposed to a box.
I would definitely use again and highly recommend them to others.

Deliveries badly managed
I paid for next day delivery and assumed I would get notification from the delivery company who I could give delivery instructions and if not, it was because it was Royal Mail and I could collect from the post office if I wasn't home.
They use parcel force and did not send me the notification (this should have come from Great Gizmos). The next day there was no parcel or delivery slip, I phoned GG who confirmed that the parcel was delivered to a flat 5 doors down the road and parcel force must have forgotten to give me a note. Now 2 days after order.
I explained to GG that its not for me to go tracking down parcels in my spare time especially when if I had been informed, I would have told parcel force where to leave the parcel. GG said they cannot afford to reissue and refused to do anything about it or take up with Parcel Force. I know this neighbour and how hard it is to catch them in, they have had parcels for weeks before..
I ended up having to re-order (!!!) on the promise that I would get a notification so I could give instructions. Obviously I didn't get a notification but luckily someone was home.
Shockingly bad customer service, will never use them again!

What more could you want?
They had what I wanted, the price was right and it arrived two days after I ordered it. What more could you ask? I especially liked that they use Royal Mail, as we have had problems with courier deliveries.
