The various animal fridge magnets are fabulous and would have bought more only some were out of stock (will try again later).

We made a last minute order. We needed it for a class lesson on the Monday. I called the office and the admin team were great. They promised to send the order by courier so that we would receive it on the Monday. They were true to their word and it arrived early morning Monday in time for the important lesson - great service many thanks

Great Service
My item arrived on time but unfortunately the box was slightly damaged. However, I rang them up and they dealt with it immediately and refunded my postage. They did offer a full refund but we kept the item to use ourselves - it was meant to be a present. This is why i have rated them 4 stars as their customer service was absolutely faultless - would have been 5 strs if box had not been damaged.

Efficient service, highly recommended!
I ordered two toys from the website and they were delivered very fast. After noticing a faulty issue with one toy, I emailed customer service for a replacement and attached a photo to explain the problem. The replacement was sent to me within three days, no question asked!
