I simply want a refund for plants not available. Unable to talk to anyone. All numbers disconnected. Website sucks. They give you credit points that you can't use. Order # 475914 they say it's resolved but we'll see in june.

I have ordered plants from Growjoy for nearly 10 years. They offer a very large variety of plants. Shipping is always prompt and packaging is really good.
If there is an issue with a plant the Customer Service people have always worked with me to address it. Online plant purchasing is safe and easy with Growjoy

I have been very pleased with Growjoy and have ordered vegetable plants and shrubs from them over the past few years. Just recently I ordered 2 types of butterfly bushes and they arrived healthy and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to you and I plan on continuing to order from them.

I LOVE GROWJOY!!! They have a wonderful variety of plants that you can shop by zone, soil or light needs, problem areas, by specific pollinators you want to attract, etc.. They are the healthiest plants I have yet to receive through the mail and any exception is immediately addressed. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Thank You, GROWJOY!!!

There Vegetable plants are Awesome!! Everything I planted came up, wonderful tomatoes, peppers and squash. I have huge Squash flowers. I am still picking them every day.

I placed an order on 08/31/22 and as of today have not received any of my plants. They are now telling me there is no record of my transaction which was done thru PayPal. I want a refund or the exact plants I ordered with no substitutions.

Hello, I am writing about order # 589351. I ordered two plants Red Petunia and a Candy Corn. The Candy Corn was not available, and the Petunia was purple not red. You offered a credit toward my next purchase but the value does not equal what I paid for the missing plant. Also the codes you gave for free shipping do not work so I want my money back for the missing plant. I tried to call and your phone is disconnected. I want a refund for the price I paid for the missing plant of $9.95.

Excellent service! Quick and the plants are well-packed. They are large and they arrive healthy. I couldn't be happier with my purchases!

I have purchased plants a few years in a row so far. All of the plants arrived in great shape. The first year plants are all still thriving, the second year I purchased 15 more and only lost one with another one questionable. I contacted Growjoy and they are shipping me 2 more plants without hesitation. I would highly recommend them, they are very easy to work with!

GrowJoy shipped my order quickly. Unfortunately, they had to substitute a similar variety of Petunia because the variety I had ordered weren't of good enough quality to ship. Another part of my order resulted in two plants at "life's end", but GrowJoy responded promptly and refunded me instantly for those two. My experience with their customer service has been top notch!

i JUST RECEIVED THE 2 ANGELWING BEGONIAS. THE PACKING WAS GOOD.......THE PLANTS WERE PATHETIC. THEY ARE LEAFLESS AND SO TINY (2") ALL THEY ARE IS A COUPLE TOOTH PICK STEMS. MY FIRST PURCHASE FROM YOU AND MY LAST.

I found GrowJoy to have some great looking healthy plants and flowers. I was looking for plants that is hard to find in retail stores and GrowJoy had them, They came packaged safely, still quite wet from watering and looked freshly picked and or potted. Popped into the ground and they started to grow fairly fast.

This is such a shame that a business with such quality plants, that arrive perfectly packaged, has to bring their reputation down due to lack of customer service.

I ordered 20 plants. 10 of them arrived via Fed-Ex. I checked the tracking and it showed 1 box was shipped and delivered to me. But, according to my order info, there should have been 3 boxes. I received the 1 box on August 16. I've been trying to reach them ever since!

I have had only positive experiences with GrowJoy and I will continue to order from them. Their plants are healthy and beautiful, and they are shipped according to the published schedule on their website. My experience has been that the plants quickly acclimate when you get them in the ground asap upon arrival, and then they begin to emerge into beautiful flowers. My neighbors who walk regularly in front of our house comment to me on the transformation of the flowers and how gorgeous they are. I did have an issue with one plant from a recent shipment, however, I communicated this to customer service via their website, and got an answer as well as a resolution right away. I feel confident in ordering from GrowJoy, and I have recommended them to all my gardener friends.

Trustworthy Company

I absolutely love this company. For the past couple years I've ordered veggies and all my flowers for my planters from them. I've tried a couple different flower combos and I've liked each one. I especially love the variety they provide with their veggie plants and perennials. There's always a few veggies plants that I cannot get locally and I'll happily order them from GrowJoy for an affordable price. They are always packaged well and arrive in good condition. I know that when I order from GrowJoy I'm getting a quality product. Last year my butter king & tangy arugula plants lasted into WI Midwest fall with very little maintenance/watering - pretty impressive.

I received 3 plants that were barely alive. I sent 2 emails with pictures and have not heard back! I want my money back for the 3 Hibiscus plants! ORDER #586079

Great company and awesome plants! Growjoy packages everything with such care that all the plants arrive with barely any stress at all. All the plants I've ordered, from tomatoes, to petunias, to ornamental grasses, have all been big and healthy plants. They have all grown beautifully. I told my sister about Growjoy and now she's ordering from them also!
