Product is fine but delivery took two weeks plus which meant it was too late for me to use this year

All items well packaged and delivered on time.

Placed my first seed order with Growseed on 5th October (order no:JTUOPVWLD) , and received email notification on the 6th October stating that my order had been dispatched. However, despite contacting them and receiving reassurance that a 'replacement' order would be sent out, I've still not received my order. I've contacted them again today stating that if my order is not received by 30th October, then I'll be requesting a refund via PayPal. Given that the tomato seeds were showing as being in stock when I placed my order, I cannot understand the reason for the delay. I'll update this review on the 30th if my order does miraculously arrive by then!
UPDATE 5TH NOVEMBER - The original package that was dispatched on 6th October, and the 'replacement' order that was dispatched following my first query asking where my order was, have never arrived! I find this very strange indeed considering that seeds that I ordered from other sources, were all delivered via Royal Mail within a week of me placing the orders. Makes it appear very suspicious as to whether or not the 2 packages from Growseed were ever sent out in the first place!

Growseed, following the second time that I contacted them via their online form, have in fact refunded my money. Plus, in addition to the refund, they did send out a 'third' 24 hr tracked package via Royal Mail, that did arrive. Still very strange though, why the first and second packages never arrived! The third package in addition to the micro dwarf tomato seeds that I ordered, contained a further 3 packets of seeds (lettuce, peppers & a pkt of indeterminate tomato seeds) - all of which I will probably never use because I'm only interested in growing micro dwarf tomato plants in my indoor hydroponic systems.
At least Growseed did in the end sort out the problem, but all the hassle that I had, and the extra expense incurred by Growseed, wouldn't have happened had my order arrived in the first place. I still firmly believe that the first package and the replacement second package were never actually dispatched.
Given my experience with Growseed, I'll sadly not be placing any further orders with this company. I've changed my review from the initial 1 star to 2 stars, and this is purely because they did eventually sort out the problem. However, the problem wouldn't have occurred at all had my order actually been posted out to me on the 6th October as per the email notification.

I ordered and it was delivered.

The goods (garlic and onion sets) that I ordered arrived as scheduled and are in very good condition. I'll be planting them in the next couple of weeks

I placed an order with Growseed on 02/10/25 and, after hearing nothing for over a week, contacted them on 10/10/25 for an update. I was told my items would be packed over the weekend and that I’d receive a dispatch email early this week.

It’s now well past that, and I’ve received neither the promised email nor the parcel. The lack of communication and reliability is completely unacceptable. When customers pay in good faith, the least they deserve is honesty and follow-through.

Save yourself the hassle — steer well clear of these cowboys.

No nonsense packaging no fancy photos
Range a bit limited so I couldn't find all my favourites.
First time I've bought here but doubt it will be the last. Just niggled about the lack of varieties

Excellent experience all round, so far - seeds at great prices delivered extremely quickly. Hope they germinate and grow well!
