Disappointed
Although the service from ordering to delivery was good of my Front door and frame. After having it fitted there was a large gap under the door. GRP doors promptly responded to my problem and after sending pictures and measurements they realised the frame had been made the wrong size and sent out. They can’t send me a new door but will send a new frame, They have refunded me the cost of a refitting a new frame but the inconvenience of have to get it all fitted again is an inconvenience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you were happy with the service from ordering through to delivery, although we're very sorry the door frame was manufactured incorrectly. As soon as the issue was identified, we arranged for a replacement frame to be produced and covered your refitting costs, but we completely understand the inconvenience of having the work carried out a second time. We sincerely apologise for this and appreciate your patience and understanding while we put things right.
A good quality door and easy DIY fit.…
A good quality door and easy DIY install. Taking the old door frame out was the hardest bit. Make sure the new frame is set plum in all directions in the aperture. Once installed, getting the hinge settings just right takes a while though. Opt for the height adjustable ones for ease.

Hi Michael, thanks for the great feedback! We're so glad to hear you're happy with the quality of your new door. You hit the nail on the head, removing the old frame is always a workout, and getting that new frame perfectly plumb is the absolute key to a smooth install.
That is an excellent tip about opting for the height-adjustable hinges to make the fine-tuning a bit easier. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we hope you enjoy your new door for years to come!

This is very complicated and i had to return my Door because it was wrong specification although i had gone to a lot of trouble to explain what i wanted and exchanged over 50 emails with your team i now have the Door which looks ok but my fitter is not available for 2 weeks overall not a very good experience and no compensation offered for all the inconvenience Although you are wrong about the 50 emails exchanged if this was the case why did you get it wrong after sending me photos of the Door then when delivered it was incorrect just excuses, on a more positive note i have now had the Door fitted and it looks excellent very good quality excellent locks i would say to anyone Buy from you but hope for a much better response when things are not acceptable Thank You

Thank you for your email Gerald. I want to sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. We completely understand how disappointing it was to receive the incorrect door specification, and we truly appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this.
While we look back on our exchange of about 50 emails, the vast majority of these were actually during the initial quotation stage to ensure we got your custom details exactly right, rather than addressing issues with the order itself.
We're glad your replacement door set has now arrived, and we hope it meets your expectations once installed. Because we were able to resolve the issue promptly within our standard manufacturing lead time, we are unable to offer financial compensation. However, please know your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we are truly sorry we fell short initially.
We hope you love the finished look of your door once it’s installed and appreciate your candid feedback.

Thank you for your recent review. I'm so sorry to hear that the door colour wasn't quite what you were expecting, I know how important it is to get every detail right for your home, and I'm sorry for any disappointment caused.
Because digital screens and lighting can vary so much, the images on our website are intended as a helpful illustration rather than an exact match.
I have double-checked your order details against the unit we manufactured, and I can confirm that the door set supplied is the correct match to the colour selected at the time of ordering.
If you have any questions about the brochure or the specifications, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

From ordering to delivery couldnt fault. Every person I spoke with though the ordering process was very professional and helpful. Only issue is there wasn't alot of glass designs to pick from but that is it.
