Thank you so much for the feedback. I was sorry to hear that the glass arrived fitted backwards, that certainly isn't the customer experience we aim for.
However, it’s reassuring to know the door ended up in the hands of a professional. We really appreciate you using your expertise to flip the glass and trim the beads yourself. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, we're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Good experience with this company
Good experience with this company. I made my order and it was fulfilled. The staff I dealt with were friendly. I was pleased with GRP’s price in comparison to what I was quoted from my local window and door merchant. Glad I went direct. Though luckily had my own tradesperson to fit it for me and help me with measurements.

GRP Composite Doors pride ourselves on offering quality products at great prices, so it’s wonderful to hear we met your expectations.
Not quite what I had expected.
This is the second door I have purchased.
A few years ago I bought a new front door and was very please with the door, its looks and locking performance.
I wanted to replace my back door, so decided to buy again based on my other experience.
Unfortunately, the locking mechanism, in my opinion, is not as robust as the one on the front door.
Of course it will meet all the requirements of the BS spec. that it is built to, but in my mind not quite as good as I had expected.
I opted for the high security lock, again my front door has an Ultion lock and I wanted one on the back door.
I called the supplier to query what high security lock is fitted to be advised that it would be an Ultion lock again.
I was disappointed to find that the doo is fitted with a Yale 3 star high security lock not an Ultion one.
Again, I know the Yale 3 star is an excellent lock with very good security, but not quite what I had wanted and expected.
The door looks nice, is very well finished and easy enough to set up with the 3D hinges.

Hi Mark, thank you for your recent review and repeat custom, it's always wonderful to be of service to a repeat customer.
Firstly, I apologise that you were misinformed, GRP Composite Doors made the transition to the Yale Platinum 3-Star Cylinder a number of years ago. Please rest assured that this lock is often considered to be the 'gold' standard for residential security in the UK.
The lock offers superior "Anti-Snap" technology, comprehensive resistance and is engineered to defeat sophisticated entry techniques. It has also been awarded a Triple-Star TS007 rating, the highest level of certification awarded by the BSI (British Standards Institution). I do hope that this helps to alleviate any concerns pertaining to your family's and home's security.
I'm delighted to hear that the installation went well and look forward to assisting you on future home renovation projects.
