Incredible customer service - great communication and so helpful! Beautiful doors, my carpenter was seriously impressed with the quality. Delivery on schedule and kept up to date throughout. Would definitely buy again and would absolutely recommend!

One of the lowest prices I found, but everything was as I expected. I made a slight change to the specification a few hours after I placed the order and this was processed without an issue. The door's been installed and I'm very happy with it.

Having researched the internet for a door supplier, we decided to order 2 composite doors from this company and install them ourselves. We designed the doors online using their software which we found really easy to use and to our liking. The doors arrived within 3 weeks and we installed them both in one day following the instructions provided. We are so pleased with them and now our neighbours are looking to order a new front door.

Bad experience with the company and the door. We purchased a Cottage Glazed Composite Front Door and we were told the ETA for manufacturing & delivery would be 4 weeks. After 3 weeks we got a text message saying we were due to receive it next day. Surprise, surprise had to chase them and turns out there was a mistake in the production (obviously a lie) and the door had to be built again, so, all in all, we got the door after 8 weeks. To top it off, the installers told me it was one of the poorest built they've seen and they were not wrong. Absolutely 0% metal to reinforce the frame, the expensive 3d hinges were a shocker to install, the bar handle is wobbly even though is fully tightened and the lock is inferior quality. I paid £1089 for a door that's worth £600. Would've been better off with a PVC door with a solid metal frame. @GRP my order was submitted on Monday 05 July 2021 at10:10 PM if you want to review this.

I ordered a front and back door through their website and a member of the sales team called me back shortly after to check the order details which I found very helpful. The doors arrived 5 weeks later and my fitter installed them with no problems and said how easy they were to fit and the quality is really good. I'm very pleased with the doors and service received and will be recommending GRP doors to my friends and family.

One year on from purchasing/installing our door now. Unfortunately I would not recommend buying these doors. Mine was letting in water from the glass surround and the letterbox would flood resulting on our post being wet. Although replacement parts were provided, its little compensation when £700 plus was spent to have to correct the problem myself. When following the online replacement video, it became apparent that very little silicone had been used to manufacture the door. Now end caps have fallen off of the bottom door trim, and the door catches and sticks at the top r/h side of the frame. I could well find myself paying for an installation of another door from an alternative supplier. It is a circle composite external door. After a few emails, I was offered £75 towards the cost of having a competent tradespersons carrying out the repair, providing I provided a receipt for the work, but unfortunately each of the two individuals I approached to carry out the work refused on the basis that the door should still have been under warranty and therefore I shouldn't need to be sourcing tradespersons to carry out the repairs. My advice. Stay local and thoroughly inspect the quality of the door you are thinking of purchasing rather than ordering on line

First class customer service! Very friendly staff, willing to answer questions & give detailed info based on excellent knowledge of the product.
Good value for money, I couldn’t find cheaper anywhere else on line.
Now awaiting delivery of the product, hope it lives up to expectations. 😀

I was very happy with the purchase of the composite front door from GRP Doors, member of staff was helpful when I made my order, my door has unusual size and GRP was able to help me, the door was delivered on time, it looks great and neat with the great lock system.

Fantastic. I always judge a company not just through the excellent product but more importantly the after sales support. In this case GRP met both my key requirements. I had a slight problem with the locking system after a period of time from installation. This is being resolved now without any hesitation and received excellent clear communications. Our door is a show stopper down the street and the quality is much better then others that I've had fitted in the past.

I ordered a door for my customer on 16th January. It arrived and was fitted by myself on 27th January as promised, My customer and I are both really pleased with the fast process and excellent quality door, I have already ordered another one for a different client.

We have had a terrible experience and would most definitely not recommend. Door did not arrive on the 10th day and received no call to inform us it would not be coming. When I called to find out where the door was I was told that the glass had been damaged and the delivery would need to be rescheduled. After several phone calls to the company and very poor communication the delivery was rescheduled for the following day. Despite saying we didn’t need to be at home to receive the door I received several back to back calls from the delivery driver whilst I was at work as he had no gps and could not find my address. When the door finally arrived it was not what we had ordered and paid for. The door was missing the letter box so once again I contacted the company and was advised to get a letterbox fitted by my installer and they would refund £100 for the installation. Very disappointed with the service we received and the quality of the door as do not feel that it now reflects the price we paid. After several more communications with the company I was offered an insulting ‘good will gesture’ of £100 off of a future order, despite acknowledging that they understood they had let us down and we would probably not want to use them again. Absolutely stressful and disappointing experience so would definitely not recommend this company.

Only downside is getting rid of the old upvc door as the council wont take it in their pay to take away big items, cant think why people fly tip....

Easy to deal with , polite and understanding and they deliver a fantastic door at a great price too. Door is great, was easy to fit and adjust so much better than many much more expensive ones out there, cant recommend them enough.

GRP supplied me with new front and back doors. They are fantastic to deal with. From designing online to the order confirmation to the contact during delivery. We could not be happier with the door.

I was at first worried about buying a composite door online and if it would get damaged in transit. I needn’t have worried as G.R.P. Composite doors are a great company to deal with. There is always somebody helpful and reassuring on the phone to deal with all your questions, and after reading all the good reviews I decided to go ahead.
The door was delivered on time and well packaged. I cannot believe how good the door looks now it is fitted. I just keep looking at it and admiring it.
