For careless and dangerous driving of lorry GN13 FAF today 9.30 am in Abingdon. I will expect a response from your customer service. This man needs to go on a safety awareness course

Had to use them at work for a customer and they have been by far the most unprofessional unreliable company I have dealt with. Communication is awful and they have yet to answer the phone line provided.

One of the tanker drivers ran me of the road. I went through the company direct to resolve this issue. Someone came back to me and said they would look at dash cam footage but never responded after that. I've sent numerous chaser emails.

Driver almost reversed into me when I was stopped with hazards on, once I beeped at him to stop (after he kept going a little to intimidate) he shouted at me that I was in the way (the bins were hidden behind a gate that I couldn't see unlabelled) just told me I was in the way rudely instead of asking if I could move the car like a normal person.

Grundon Swindon.
Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other waste management providers out there.
Drivers don't care about where they park, who they block in.

Grundon Merton Street Banbury depot have been collecting our rubbish for about 6 years and throughout that time they have been outstanding. We have general and recyclable rubbish and the two seperate crews both give a really great service. Contact with the depot is easy, straightforward and if there are any issues they are dealt with professionally and quickly. I have NO hesitation in recommending Grundons

Great efficient company, always on time & do the job well!

During the light mornings I was aware of the 5:30am bin collection at the premises my home backs onto. However, I then went in holday and when I got back it was dark at 5:30am. On 13/9/23 I was woken by bright, rapidly flashing strobe-like lights. I thought I'd accidentally left my laptop on, or my charging smartphone was about to burst into flames and I panicked. ...It was in fact a 'thick as two short planks' bin wagon 'driver' who hasn't the brain cells to realise that flashing lights in the dark behind people's bedroom windows, while collecting in a secure private yard is neither necessary or clever. Maybe their attitude is they have been up since about 1am, so it's time for everyone else to wake up? Just for the record, I AM up well before 5:30am on workdays!

We work in a commercial kitchen and management forgot to book an extra pick up this week for general waste and recycling I phoned grundon's up and explained the situation and they said they would see what they could do bare in mind this was Tuesday leading up to Easter Bank Holiday which is our busiest time of year. They got back to me the same day said they had sorted it and were going to do a 2nd pick up for us this week and the lovely chaps came today honestly saved us a hell of a time and weekend. Thank you again I hope somebody at grundons gets a pat on the back at least they all work very hard.

This company is a disgrace, it appear to specialise in failing to collect from its customers and then lying as to when it will collect. Absolutely appalling ethical standards and clear contempt for its customers

Avoid this company at all costs. the service is terrible. always coming up with excuses for the bins not being collected, and their drivers are liars
