Hi , I spoke with Sam yesterday i would just like to say that she was amazing, and resolved my issues, quickly and effortlessly without any problems , it’s so refreshing to finally have knowledgeable helpful people who actually know what they’re doing, also knowing that Guinness partnership group are now my landlord is an absolute dream, I asked Shepherd’s Bush housing numerous times, not one person helped me, they were utterly useless!!
