The gentleman from Guinness was very nice ,and polite.We discussed many things about the communal waste bad situation

We are trying to buy a flat in one of the properties managed by GuinessHomes (part of Guiness Partnership). The seller has requested LPE1 form months ago and GuinessHomes have missed all the deadlines are just ignoring this request. We are considering pulling out of the purchaseas we do not want to own a flat managed by a comany taht will stop us from selling it in the future when we want to.

I am unable to provide you with the details as I am not the seller - I am the buyer. the seller has requested the LPE1 and all I can say that it is for Titanium Point building.

Speaking with Alison took the pain out of the process that had previously been experienced over the years. In fact the last two experiences have been much improved in getting significant issues resolved. Truly grateful thank you.

I spoke with a very nice lady called Chelsea who allowed me time to explain my issue @ was very understanding of my concerns how this situation can affect me being in a Wheelchair
That really means a lot and sometimes the word thank you is not always enough

I spoke to Xander today at Guinness and he was helpful and kind. He listened to my concerns and understood my issue. I felt so much better while talking to him today. I hope my issue will looked at more closer. It have ongoing issue for a long time.

Spoke with both Ibi and Marco to get some assistance with a repair to a property adjoining a Guinness property. They were both lovely, agreeing straight away that the repair is needed and booked me in for an appointment.
These 2 individuals are a credit to the organisation

So kind and very helpful, when I explained to him what had happened he contacted the team and checked the shower had been delivered and I will receive a call about fitting it today. Which 100% better than the Sureserve customer service, who refused to transfer to a manager and was rude telling me I had to wait for my shower until the 27th July initially then changed to the 24th July. when I complained she told me to complain to my housing association.... Thank you Jeetu you are a lifesaver.
