Amazing service. I was given a calm, emphatic and professional services. I know sometimes it's difficult to select someone to do Umrah packages, Visa or any other service but speaking to sayed I felt at ease and comfortable. We will definitely use his services again.

One of the worst travel experiences I had this company they have taken my deposit which I haven’t booked the tickets still and now they are not answering my phone calls and not want to pay my money back. it is been four months since I have paid them the money . Really disappointed and disgusted with them👎

We booked our Umrah package with them, it was soo well organised and conducted, every little thing was taken care of, while we were there we were asked if all was going well, we felt so connected. Sharmeen looked after us from beginning to the end a tailored Umrah of our choice. Highly recommend them and Sharmeen gets a 5 star for her best services.

Excellent service from Kiran. He arranged a two-year multiple-entry Saudi Arabia visa for both myself and my husband, and the whole process took only 24 hours.

I had a very positive experience dealing with Sharmeen at HajjUmrah4U / Seven Zones while arranging our Umrah trip. She was very patient, responsive and helpful throughout, and took the time to work through different hotel and package options with us.

She also offered us the most competitive price out of the agents we spoke to. In the end, we booked elsewhere due to timing rather than any issue with the service she provided.

Excellent umrah services

I would like to thank you Mr Muhammed Awais for working so hard to arrange my umrah trip on such a short notice.He did an amazing job finding me a cheap package. May allah bless him.

This agency was recommended to me by a friend. We experienced a terrible service here. They were often confusing, did not deliver the service we requested and kept giving misinformation and mixing things up. We couldn't bring back zamzam water as they gave us the wrong information. One of the ziyarat trip we requested, they didn't deliver it. The staff are not friendly as well, just a disgrace, they are very slow to respond and you have to literally chase them. The hotels advertised to us were actually 3 stars instead of 4 stars as we requested. Would've been cheaper if we booked it ourselves directly and easier.
It was such a stressful experience trying to book the package with them, it didn't make it easier for us at all. Which is the point of booking through an agency. It would've been less stressful and easier to have booked all of this ourselves.

There's a lot of miscommunication too , at times they don't understand what you're saying (think English isn't their first language) or asking and at times they say one thing and then do the other. There's a lot more that has gone wrong. Plus being asked to give a 5 star review after all this.

Please avoid them they are not honest at all. It ruined our experience and I will be doing DIY ummrah in future.

Update :

After leaving this review, the agency called me shortly after, asked if I spoke to supervisor or management and said they wanted to understand my case so they can reduce. But they became incredibly rude, defensive, the tone changed to quite rude and tried to blame us for certain issues when explaining the issues to them. And flip it onto us regarding the hotel assigned to us which was below the quality we expected. And had the audacity to yell at me as if I actually went on this trip and no compassion that I had to miss my trip due to illness. I had to hang up, and now they are repeatedly spam-calling my phone. Highly unprofessional customer service. Note their numbers come up as suspected spam for me

Abdul Khaliq from HajjUmrah was responsive and patient with my enquiry and provided a professional service throughout my query . We Will use their service again in the future InshaAllah

I had a great experience with using this company for their umrah services, in particular, for having our visas processed in such a quick time. Urwa was very professional and polite and kept me updated regularly. I would be happy to use this company again for future umrah services. Would highly recommend.
