Alhamdulillah! I had a wonderful experience with HajjUmrah4U, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional service I received. From start to finish, Br Muhammad Awais was incredibly helpful and attentive. He provided great assistance throughout the entire process, making sure all my needs were met and that I was well-informed at every step. As a solo Muslim female, I felt very safe going to Makkah through them. Plus my travel agent Awais was very helpful and was in constant contact with me throughout the journey! He did more than what he was paid to do, as if his own sister was travelling solo.Seeing that I was on very tight student budget, they helped a lot with eSIM and one way airport to hotel transfer as well. Will definately recommend it specify for my Indo-Pakistan sisters out there!

This Umrah visa agent was a total disaster! Unprofessional, irresponsible, and definitely not worth it .Please do NOT get misleaded by the reviews here like I got misled.
We booked an Umrah Trip to fly on 21st December ‘25 and returning on 1st January’26.
Here is our experiences :

Pros :
The hotels in Mecca and Medinah was perfectly booked and really good with close distance to both Haram and Masjide Nabwi.
The Ziyarat and all hotel transfers were awesome.

Cons :

Our London to Riyadh flight status had been changed from PREMIUM Economy to economy by the staff of this company and despite paying premium cost , we had to travel in economy with 2 little kids that was hugely discomforting.
Repeated request to one staff Ali Haider and even emails and calls to the company was futile.
No difference in cost was reimbursed back to us and repeated requests for good 2 months were mentally harassing and waste of time.
Later our return flight had a link broken and was an absolute mess at the airport and since our confidence was so low with this Travel company , we decided to self-deal as the agent also encouraged to sort everything yourself(yes , you heard that right , agent encouraged to sort issues at the airport and directly engage)
The visa process was also not smooth and dates were unclear when we would receive the visas.
Fortunately we received the visas few days before flying but initially was told we would get it sooner for peace of mind but that did not happen.

Summary :

I would NOT recommend this company because we felt the Travel company is liable for adjustments and arrangements but after dealing with this company , we lost all hope of asking or request for any help.
It is a pure waste of time to email and call the staff of this company as it is all big talk and ZERO Actions.

Warning: Avoid this Umrah visa agent at all costs!

We booked an Umrah trip with them for Dec 21 '25 - Jan 1 '26, and it was a disaster.

The Good (but not enough to save them):
- Hotels in Mecca and Medina were decent and close to the Haram and Masjid-e-Nabwi
- Ziyarat and hotel transfers were okay

The Bad (major issues):
- Changed our London-Riyadh flight from Premium Economy to Economy without our consent, and no refund
- Awful communication - Ali Haider was unhelpful, emails and calls ignored
- Return flight was a mess, link didn't work, and they basically told us to sort it ourselves
- Visa process was a stress fest, dates kept changing, and we only got it a few days before flying

TL;DR: Don't waste your time and money on this company. They don't care about customers, and you'll be left dealing with chaos. Self-book if you want control.

Our experience was amazing from start to finish. Sister Sharmeen guided us on every step. She send us reminders of each and every booking. First time ever I used someone through social media we have no idea about the company or service. I will definitely recommend and definitely booking with them.
We traveled with virgin airlines. My hotel in makka was Voco and in medina was Zaha al Manuvarah.

The service provided by Umrah 4 U has been truly excellent. From the very beginning, everything was well-organized, professional, and handled with care. Special thanks to Abdul Khaliq — Jazakallahu Khayran for his support, patience, and outstanding service, which made the whole process smooth and worry-free. I highly appreciate their dedication and would recommend their services to anyone planning their Umrah.

I had an amazing experience in Saudi Arabia performing Umrah, Alhamdulillah. Everything was very well organised by Abdulkhaliq, who assisted me with the visa process and hotel bookings. I wasn’t easy to please during the selection process, but he was incredibly patient with both me and my father, for which we are truly grateful.

He also consistently followed up to make sure everything was going well after our arrival at the Makkah hotel, then in Madinah, and even after we returned home. This level of care and professionalism meant a lot to us.

Alhamdulillah, I highly recommend this agency, and I would definitely go back to Abdulkhaliq if I return to Saudi Arabia in shaa Allah.

i booked my Umrah trip with hajjumrah4u and travelled with my mother. Overall, the experience was very good. The guide was kind, helpful, and well-organised throughout the journey. Everything went smoothly, and the hotel in Medina was comfortable and clean, which we really appreciated.

The only downside of the trip was the hotel in Mecca, which did not meet our expectations. Apart from that, everything else was nice, and the Umrah experience itself was well arranged.

I recently had a umrah package with hajjumrah4u..i wanted to stay 10 days in makkah.muhammad awais did all the papers and arrangement and gave me a suitable-tour package.flight was excellent with royal Jordanian .as i wanted a sharing room hotel was great accommodation as well near to masjidul haram sarif.and their transport was on time and very helpful and good communication.they make my journey easier and safe.thanks a lot for support me to perform my umrah safely and nicely.i really appreciate this company.inshallah next year November i will plan again umrah with them and recommend my family as well. Absolutely the worst experience with an Umrah visa agent — completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and not recommended at all.

I got my Umrah visa through this agent, and the most basic information they were supposed to provide — such as the requirement for Nusuk-approved transport and Tasneef-certified hotels — was never communicated to me. I sent them all my hotel bookings well in advance and asked multiple times before travelling if there was anything important I needed to know or prepare for, especially since Umrah regulations can be complicated. They repeatedly said, “Everything is sorted, don’t worry.”

However, while travelling from Makkah to Madinah, their operations manager, Abbas, suddenly contacted me and told me not to go to the hotel I had already booked because it did not have the required Tasneef certification. At that moment I panicked — I had already paid for the hotel, and cancellation required 24 hours’ notice, which had passed. I had to start searching for new hotels on the street, last minute, in a foreign country, while I was extremely sick. Hotels with Tasneef are limited, and last-minute prices were extremely high.

When I questioned why they didn’t inform me earlier—especially since this policy came out in June 2025—they had no valid answer. Instead of acknowledging their negligence, Abbas behaved rudely, kept justifying himself, and even lied by claiming he “found out this week.” How can an agent working in this industry not know something so important? The truth is, he only told me because he was scared he would be fined if the Ministry found out I wasn’t staying in a Tasneef-approved hotel.

To make things worse, he started saying things like “your visa cost us more but we didn’t charge you extra,” which made no sense because I paid the exact amount he quoted instantly, without bargaining. I paid a full price — nothing was a favour. Also he said that how come “I don’t know this as I’m travelling and I booked the hotel”. This clearly shows how unprofessional he is to say that by considering the fact that It was my first time going for an UMRAH and if i knew it then what’s the point of hiring him??

He refused to admit the massive inconvenience and stress their lack of responsibility caused. Then he passed me on to another person who works with them to issue visas. That person arranged a completely disgusting hotel for us. He promised the room would be ready when we arrived, but when we got there, nothing was prepared. I was extremely sick and had to wait TWO hours in the lobby. That staff member also confirmed that the Tasneef policy was old and that my agent made a huge mistake by not informing me.

Because the ministry had started checking the day before, the agent panicked and forced me to change my hotel at the last minute. After that, every time I called them for help, they simply disappeared — no support, no follow-up, no compensation, not even an apology.

The hotel they arranged was filthy, with no basic amenities. The staff knocked on our door three times before checkout time while we were trying to rest. The entire experience was a disaster purely because of this agent’s incompetence and lack of professionalism.

Please do NOT use this agent if you want a smooth and comfortable Umrah trip.
They do not know what they are doing, they do not take responsibility, and they will leave you stranded when you need them the most.

Not recommended at all.

Amazing, the team are really friendly and always answer questions. I had a million questions and they always answered with a smile. Even with prices all reasonable, travel arrangements excellent, hotel excellent and tailored to our needs. Rumaisa was amazing thoughout all the process. Even whilst in mecca and Madinah she always answered, made sure we arrived safely, checked everything was OK.

We travelled from Ireland as a family of four for Umrah, and Seven Zones Hajj & Umrah Agency made the entire experience absolutely hassle-free. From visa arrangements to hotels in Makkah and Madinah, everything was perfectly organized. The Ziyarats were well-planned and very comfortable, and the hotels were genuinely five-star as promised.

Everything was handled by Mr. Abdul khaliq, a very competent and professional agent. He managed every detail with great care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Initially, I had some doubts, but he cleared all my concerns and proved to be extremely trustworthy. Communication was excellent throughout, service was professional, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality offered.

We didn’t have to worry about anything — everything was taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Seven Zones Hajj & Umrah Agency and Mr. Mohammad Abdul Akhlaq to anyone planning their Hajj or Umrah. Truly a reliable and trustworthy agency.
