Great service, fast delivery, very well packaged and excellent little table, so good in fact I brought a second one.

Excellent communications from both the company and the delivery company.
Product arrived with plenty of packaging.
Perfect all round.

Well made oak side tables. Very sturdy. No DIY required. Delivered well packaged and in excellent condition

I've always found Hallowood to be extremely good, the furniture I've bought has always been excellent, delivery is always on time and the guys are always very helpful.

Great service - good price - quality product.

I have had a few items from the waverly range and I have been very happy with the quality and the look of the furniture 😊

Aston magazine table with power sockets. Good product but a couple of points to note. Firstly, there was a missing hole through a corner joint so we had to hack it out to get the bolt through. Secondly, the item is by far the most "orange" oak colour of all my oak and oak effect furniture. Keeping the item because it's useful, but wasn't expecting it to be so orange!

Rapid delivery. Good quality.

The furniture unfortunately came damaged, but the exceptional customer service quickly made up for it. A replacement was sent out promptly and arrived within just a few days, hassle-free.

Purchased a corner unit in Oak from Hallowood. Arrived quickly & packaged well. Informed of delivery
I purchased an Oak corner unit from Hallowood. Purchase came really quickly before date & I was kept informed well. Very good service from the couriers, friendly person.
I am really happy with the unit, it is well made & matches my other oak furniture well. Very impressed with the company & would certainly recommend them. Thank you.

Excellent service, communication and delivery, beautiful dining room furniture, amazing quality - very pleased

The choice of furniture is excellent and the fact that it is ready assembled helps me as I live alone and not interested in building furniture. It arrived very quickly well packed and its is beautiful well built and nice designs

Quality furniture at a reasonable price. We wanted a small lamp table to match items previously purchased from Hallowood a number of years ago, the colour match was Perfect.
Very happy and would highly recommend this company.

Super easy delivery polite and helpful. Excellent product.

Found just what I was looking for (drop leaf table and four chairs for my small kitchen). Easy to order and quick delivery. Easy to assemble table and chairs. Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased via Amazon a nest of three tables described as new. A very slight discount was offered to reflect this so I expected minor imperfections. When they arrived I noticed considerable damage including a large scratch, the stuck on veneer coming away from the wood underneath and misaligned leg joints making one table unstable. Certainly not worth the £150 I paid. It was apparent that these tables featured in a previous negative review on Amazon and had been returned. Although not fit for purpose, either in appearance or practically, they were again mis sold. These would not have passed quality control of any company that valued customer satisfaction. Fortunately, after escalating a grievance with Amazon the matter was satisfactorily resolved. Would not recommend or use this company again.

Instructions for assembly were step by step and very clear. All parts needed for assembly were enclosed. All pieces were in good condition and end result fit seamlessly into lounge environment.

Lovely furniture - customer support excellent
