I love my prints and they came in good condition, although they have stickers on the back that I can’t remove without the ripping the print. However, the 3-5 day shipping took almost two weeks.

Still haven’t received my order, taking forever

I love your art prints and have bought several of them. However, this time I was a little disappointed because all the art prints I received were bent.

Product arrived very fast and was exactly as expected!

You charged me for a product that you never shipped and are refusing to provide a refund.

I ordered a set of framed prints on 6/28. I received a shipment notification on 6/29. It’s now 7/15, and I still don’t have the prints. Tracking info just says shipment label was cancelled. Can’t reach anyone in customer service. 100% unsatisfied and ready to seek refund through AMEX.

My order was completely wrong. Contacted customer service, now waiting to hear back from the company.

Ordered my art on May 2nd, and I still have not received it. These prints and frames were supposed to be a Mother’s Day. Reached out to customer service and they said some of the frames I ordered were out of stock. They offered me a switch, and then my art still didn’t ship until a week later. Reached out to customer service 2 more times asking for updates. Updates were promised, but never received. Once/if I receive my order I will never order from this company again.

Product was as described on website. Communication on order, shipping and arrival time was prompt and accurate. Purchased these as a Graduation gift and she Loved them😊

Terrible customer service...Excuses everytime I email regarding missing order placed a month ago. Still don't have the order.

There is a significant delay in receiving my order; in fact, you're asking for a review before I've received it.
My email regarding this was unanswered, and later text message was answered in a delayed fashion ... but still without an answer as to where my order is.

It took to long, it has not arrived yet

My pic arrived with a “wrinkle” so I ironed it but it did not disappear. Not a dealbreaker though as it was only $13.99. Heavier envelope would have prevented this issue.

I have reached out several times to customer service and no one has responded. I did not receive my item the tracking has said “label created” for 12 days. Will not be purchasing from here again and will dispute with my credit card company.

Items were delivered later than anticipated despite expedited 2 day shipping purchased. We are not home to recieve them so they are sitting outside

Very impressed with the quality of the prints received and with the promptness of service provided. Also, the quality and design of the appropriate frames for the prints were very easy to assemble.

Honestly, it was much more than we expected. They look fabulous in our room they gave them that touch they needed, they are very careful when it comes to packing them it's like they were their babies ☺️

The posters are well worth the money, super good quality. Took about two weeks to come in and no complaints! Would totally order again!
