My experince with Haven Claims has been exceptional from start to finish. The person handling my claim was extremely pleasant and went to great lenths to make sure I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am insured with a different company and had a client of theirs go onto the back of me on the motorway . Haven accepted liability straightaway (no choice, I'd called police) but failed to agree minimum costs, it went to court and court have ruled in my favour for monies due. They have a lawful time in which to pay my solicitors.... They've not paid so now my solicitors have to take enforcement action!! Seriously worried this company have no true underwriting, why are they not paying on time?

They cancel my policy following an non -fault accident despite me not being responsible.in addition,they recorded incorrect information on the insurance database,which result in me being marked as uninsured.
Asa direct consequence of their actions ,i have lost my employement, as my job depend on having a motor insurance. Haven poor handling of my policy and personal data cause distress. I will fight to have the incorrect records corrected. Others, be cautious before taking out a policy with Haven insurance.

I had fleet insurance with Haven insurance company and one of my vehicle involved in accident recently. The third party vehicle hit my car and run and wasn’t easy to find their details and evidence. However, my claim was handled by Acorn claim handler group mainly by Louis Copeland and he was absolutely wonderful and helpful person. He helped me in giving directions to collect evidences and connecting dots (evidences) to build general picture of the incident which finally helped us to receive admission of liability from the third party.He knows what he is doing, quick to response, and bright in finding options. I am very grateful for all the help I received from Louis and it won’t be easy without his very professional and thoughtful support. It’s wonderful to get such support in challenging situations and I am glad everything sorted quickly. Thank you Louis!!!!

Please avoid this company at all costs. I had insurance with this company, which I’ve paid on time always, my car got stolen in November. It took them 2 months to come back with a response for my claim, time in which I didn’t have a curtesy car, and the response was they are not paying my claim and they are voiding my insurance because I had a lip bar fitted. The lip bar was purely cosmetic, did not affect the performance of the car, the lights or anything but they claim I should’ve let them know. I will take this to court but I want to save other people from going through hell with this insurance company.

They have no care in the world to improve their poor level of customer service overall experience! They enjoy delivery poor customer service than a excellent one and when paused to inform them especially being a ex customer service trainer. Microaggresion is what they try to use to keep you silent and conform you to their poor customer service. Waited a while month for a single total loss settlement thet was failed to be paid out on 2 occasions due to internally errors. Guess what is was for! If I want to add another car to the policy!! Excuse me I've already cancelled the policy from the 4th December 2025 it's the 27th of December 2025 how do you not have that information. I have to call up to find this out. You are by far the worst service providers I've ever come across you need an award!

I had a non-fault car accident and Haven Claims handled my claim exceptionally well from start to finish. Even though I was out of the country at the time, everything was made easy and stress-free for me.
Andrea Lewis looked after my claim and she was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, patient, and always clear in her communication. She kept me updated at every stage, explained everything properly, and made sure the process moved smoothly despite the situation.
I truly felt supported and reassured throughout the whole claim. I would highly recommend Haven Claims to anyone dealing with an accident, and especially Andrea Lewis for her excellent customer service.

Worst Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Haven Insurance.
My vehicle was stolen, yet the claim has been ongoing for several months with no resolution. Despite having comprehensive insurance, I was left chasing basic updates and repeatedly requesting written confirmation that the claim would be settled.
Communication has been very poor. Emails were ignored, deadlines were missed, and simple, reasonable requests (including confirmation needed for a mortgage application) were not dealt with in a timely manner. This caused significant financial stress, including ongoing monthly payments for a vehicle that no longer exists and the risk of losing a property purchase.
What has been most frustrating is that settlement was confirmed verbally, but the insurer was unwilling or slow to put this in writing, despite the serious consequences of the delay.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Haven to think carefully. In a situation where you most need your insurer to act efficiently and fairly, this experience fell far below expectations.

I had a bad and a great experience with them. Their representative Ben Smith failed and gave me false promises but their other representative Yusaff Gadhy was great and he rectified the issue and he actually really cared to help.
First I was speaking to Ben Smith on Thursday who sounded polite over the phone and I was happy with what we discussed over the phone, only to find out on Monday afternoon that he did not do what he was supposed to do, and he did not upload the quote to their system I received from a garage and emailed to him while I was on the phone with him and he confirmed he has received it. Then he told me the inspection team would get in contact with me within 48 hours to book an inspection of my car before I could take it to the garage I appointed. Because of this I lost an extra 4 days which is super frustrating.
On Monday evening I called Haven once again as they didn’t call me from the inspection team, only to find out from Yusaff Gadhy that the quote I sent to Ben Smith has not been uploaded to their system which was quite shocking and unacceptable. I emailed the quote to Yusaff too while I was on the phone with him and he uploaded it onto the system right away and even gave me a number to call the inspection company the next day in case I missed their call. Ben Smith couldn’t even provide their number to me and just told me I just have to wait 48 hours for them to call me. Thank you again Yusaff for all your help, I greatly appreciate it.

I’ve been with Haven TX for more than two years, paying every month, even though I rarely needed their service. Unfortunately, the one time I needed help – just a simple nail in my tyre – they refused to fix it. They said they only replace tyres, not repair them.
They then quoted me more than four times the normal market price, telling me this same price multiple times. When I asked for recovery to the nearest tyre shop, they also refused to assist properly.
After paying for over two years, the service I received was extremely disappointing. I expected real support in an emergency, but instead I got high prices, no proper help, and a very bad experience. I would not recommend them.
