Hays Redditch is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble on our visit (Tuesday 3rd February “26”) to book a cruise . The young lady was superb,(sorry forgot her name ) regardless all the staff there are excellent .

Niamh, the girl who helped us was very patient, kind and understanding of our needs. She booked us a wonderful holiday which we are looking forward to.
