I am trying to contact them as no follow up appointment received. Got through for appointment for next day. Said would confirm appointment by email/text. Nothing came through. Phoning for confirmation and after waiting half an hour 1st in queue call dropped. Now phoning again and been on the phone queue for over 1 hour and my position in line keeps changing when I am near the front.

No response to emails - I'm up to 6 now.
Can't get my represcription without a review and I can't make an appt. They just keep making me appts with no option to reschedule or cancel that I can't make. LAst one was 20 hours notice. I can't just ake time off work.
No communication.
No consistency.
Just so poor and so disappointing.

I was referred here for an ADHD assessment in December. After some issues with the questionnaires they sent me (duplicate requests for the same thing), I finally had my assessment A which was great. Assessment B however was not. The assessor turned up 15 minutes late to the call then rushed me through the questions. I did get my diagnosis 7 days later but the assessment B report had an incorrect health condition mentioned in it. I called and emailed them and did get a response, since then my requests for a corrected report have been ignored. It’s been over three weeks since diagnosis and over two weeks since receiving the incorrect report and I’m still waiting.

If I could give no stars I would. Tried 3 times to reach them by phone hung on for half an hour each time before the call dropped !!! That’s one and a half hours of my time wasted. I just want to know when my referral appointment is since I’ve not heard anything after my appointment in February - honestly don’t bother calling - disgraceful waste of nhs funding.

I see a lot of negative comments on here, I can only talk from my experience.
The service I received was incredible, I was diagnosed in December and I am on my second month of treatment, it has changed my life. HH MINDS have been brilliant always respond to me if there’s any issues they’ve sorted it out fast I have had a really good experience with the company.

Extremely poor service,
Can never get hold of anyone, I had a data breach, I was emailed a report about someone else and there difficulties.

Long wait times - please avoid

My appointment was through the phone, so there wasn’t an appointment where I felt like I was seen or heard. The phone call itself seemed really rushed. How can they provide me medication without seeing me in person but diagnose me through the photo. Also after the appointment I tried calling but there’s like 29 people ahead of me waiting. I feel like this clinic isn’t reachable at all. Very disorganised because yesterday I got a call that I had a physical appointment at Oldham on the same day but I wasn’t aware of this appointment being scheduled. So I told them since I found out now, I won’t be able to attend.

I left this appointment feeling extremely disappointed and unheard. The dermatologist wore a mask over her mouth, which made it very difficult to understand what she was saying throughout the consultation. On top of that, she barely examined my skin before quickly recommending more antibiotics.

I clearly explained that antibiotics have not been working for me and that I did not want to continue taking them, but she was very adamant and dismissive of my concerns. Rather than discussing alternative treatments or listening to my experience, the appointment felt rushed from the start. I was in and out within about five minutes.

The dermatologist also became rather rude during the interaction, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. In the end, I found myself communicating more with the student nurse, who was far easier to talk to and actually listened to me. Overall, I did not feel respected, properly assessed, or involved in decisions about my own treatment.

Very good & friendly consultant & nurse at Northgate Surgery, Uttoxeter. All was sorted, but had to travel 20 miles to be seen, which wasn’t good, when I used to see my GP nurse for the same issue, just around the corner. Apparently the service they provided has been outsourced!

ENT consultation Birmingham.
Consultation excellent Medical and Nursing staff great. Receptionist pleasant and welcoming.
Environment - Building nice and clean.
Limited on site parking allow extra time in case you need to park on the road.

Very poor service. Was contacted by them to take bloods for an ENT referral. It took ages on hold to speak to anyone each time I called. Only venue was one hour from my house, and I wish I had these bloods taken at my GP 10 minutes from my house. The phlebotomist had gel nails that were not all that clean, which did not inspire confidence. They then withheld the blood results until I had phoned them after my ENT appointment, and tried to pressure me into a phone consultation with their own doctor. I eventually managed to decline this but still had to phone again the following day to get the blood results sent to my GP. Very much feels as if they are trying to profiteer from the NHS by offering unnecessary phone appointments they can then charge additional for, and to withhold test results from my own GP and ENT specialist is horrendous.

My first appointment with Gynecology in Staffordshire was October 16th 2024. I was told I would be “scheduled” for a procedure. September 2025 I was still waiting, my situation because worse, by December 2025 I was very unwell, my GP scheduled me for urgent blood tests and urgent ultrasound. They found I was severely anemic and I had fibroids, the GP then sent an urgent referral to Gynecology, I told them unequivocally that I did NOT wish to be referred back to HealthHarmonie. The referral went to them anyway, I was seen five weeks later in clinic by the same consultant I saw previously who mused as to why things had taken so long. After slapping a photograph of what I was dealing with on his desk he got me an appointment at Solihull Sunday just gone May 2026. I underwent a procedure that I was told would be a little uncomfortable, this was a lie it was not uncomfortable it was painful and barbaric! I had things cut and shaved from the inside of my uterus after having a camera forced through my cervix I was then fitted with a device I didn’t want! I was not comforted or spoken to really throughout the procedure, I was treated like a number not a person. The fact that this company is being used by the NHS being paid for by tax payers is a disgrace especially seeing as they are clearly poor at the job, just judging by the 2.6 stars! I have spoken to many people who have been referred to “health”harmonie and not one person has a good thing to say! If I could give negative stars I will be bringing PALs into this as I want this partnership with the NHS closed down and I will take it as far as I have to!

Abysmal, 4 mounths wait for the information to actually make an appointment because they didn't sent it, to spend 45 mins on a phone to be told the only appointment available is half a day's bus ride if I'm lucky I can catch them all . As apparently the ones 10 mins from my house are not available because the specialist hasn't confirmed there's going to be any ?? So just phone back in two weeks ! ,and guess what 35mins two weeks later on the phone too get hung up on as soon as someone actually answers . Mean while my skin cancer is having a great time on my head ..... This isn't a service it's an insult.

Given a phone appointment with doctor to discuss ADHD medication. Nodoby showed up. Not exactly a reassuring endorsement of the place if the bloke riddled with ADHD can still remember to attend and they can't. The wait goes on.

Can’t rate badly enough. Was told by my GP they are awful and turned up on the day, no cancellation and the doctor just hasn’t turned up. Absolute joke. Could not be more disappointed.

APPALLING COMPANY.
Why is it so difficult for them to answer their phones? You can easily spend at least an hour waiting for someone to pick up. When they eventually pick up the staff are dismissive, uninterested and don't know anything. The teams don't co ordinate with each other. Its a shambles. I was advised by their Consultant that Health Harmonie will call me as soon as my blood tests were in. They didn't. Heads up- you have to do all the chasing- hours on the phone!

I have an appointment that I need to change I have been calling almost every day I have also e mailed, today I have waited on the line for 2.5 hours this is out of order and I am getting very upset with this, very bad customer service
And I have still not managed to change my appointment

Please listen to the patient - stop saying on the phone that you will get back within 48 hours - no one has ever gotten back to me. I've been referred to health harmony twice for dermatology and none of the issues have been solved

Unhelpful, grumpy staff. Do not do what they say they will. Hard to get through on the phone
Only positive is that they use local clinic with good parking
Overall would not recommend and I cannot believe the NHS are paying for this

Can’t get through on phone , Sunday 19th April was cancelled half an hour before my appointment, I was very nearly at parkside Bromsgrove said there was some dispute between doctor and building , been booked for weeks for a follow up appointment for lesions on face , promised a rebooking phone call either same day or next day , well no one has bothered to call , it’s now weds , tried ringing yesterday can’t get through , they need get their act together as it’s not good enough to be treated this way, do not recommend, your health is at risk here , will choose Kidderminster general Hsp
