i have shopped here on a, couple of occasions. Jamie was absolutely brilliant helping me with purchasing my items. 1st set of speakers areived damaged in transit, but within the hour i got a phone call to reassure the problem would be resolved and even with stocking issues the replacement was dispatched the following day. would highly recommend shopping here

Ordered a Tweeter for a B&W CM9 Speaker on Friday 2nd August. It was delivered by lunchtime Saturday 3rd. Genuine B&W Part. Excellent Service. Speaker back to it's best.

Purchased a CDi-XR CD player from HiFi Gear recently. Very impressed with the knowledgeable staff and impartial advice offered. Compared different CD players in the listening room, allowing ample time to ensure I was happy with my choice. Highly recommended.

Ordered item had just been released and was a sort of pre-order, albeit only by a couple of days. Received a phone call to notify that item received by Hifi Gear and would be dispatched that day, which it was. My only area of concern was that the item was packaged in a Hifi Gear package (doesn't that increase the risk of 'going missing' in transit?) and the courier states will knock and leave on your doorstep if a safe location is not specified. I would have thought that high value items SHOULD ALWAYS be handed to a person and a signature obtained. Asking for doorstep theft and/or false claims of non receipt, I would have thought!

Although advertised as B grade, I am unable to find anything wrong with the turntable, with next day delivery, an excellent service.

Firstly, the website was straightforward and I found what I needed quickly. I then had an issue with my payment going through, which was not the fault of Hifi Gear and when I called to ask what the problem might be, the person I spoke with was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I was able to resolve the issue after this.
I placed the order on a Friday and knew that there might be some wait before the item I wanted could be sent. I was very surprised and delighted to actually have the item arrive on the Monday! It was very well packaged, and in perfect order. Very happy and I will definitely be using Hifi Gear again.. and very soon!

Turntable arrived the next day. It was a B stock item but can't find any reason why, because it is in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to shop here again.
