Good online advice, fair price and fast service delivery

Arrived on time. Totem Claws are what I expected, very well made and the speakers sound better with them. A lot better than the old spikes supplied with the Totem Staffs.

I'm really happy with the record player and buying online was easy. This was my First purchase from Hifi Gear and I will use them again.

The only minor comment (not a complaint really!) is regarding delivery: this was very fast, but the packaging was quite damaged: compression creases in multiple places on the cardboard box and the polystyrine inside was broken in multiple places, suggesting the box had been mishanded or dropped by the delivery company. Fortunately, the equipment inside seems to be OK.

These chaps love their job and make the buying process less daunting. A couple of testing sessions were arranged with the kit I’d requested which led to an easier buying decision than I’d anticipated.
One item of kit was faulty out of the box and this was swiftly replaced at my home by Jamie. Great service.
Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these chaps.

I brought the ex demo model of the Rega Saturn mk3 cd and am absolutely blown away by how much of an upgrade it is over my audiolab cd player. The difference is massive, more of everything but also much more involving and musical.
As always Jamie and Charlie make the whole experience an absolute pleasure.

Rapid response to on-line request for advice on which radio/CD system would be best replace our old one. Very knowledgeable and willing to demonstrate using similar turntable and our own music. Spent time explaining how to get best results and was available by telephone if there were any issues.

Great place overall. Made an order and received a friendly email from one of the staff that was very informative. My order arrived fast for click and collect and when collecting the order the guy asked me if I needed any help on the product ordered and that if I did I could contact them. Very helpful and great customer service. Very hard to find this now a days.
