Richard came to my flat to do some works ,very happy with they outcome.

Richard Ryan came and sorted out some snag issues with a newly built flat - hairline cracks on the wall, chipped wood on the main door. After using the relevant fillers, the correct colour paint was applied and the job was finished in about an hour.

Richard Ryan came today to fix the problem with the bathroom door. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and carefully. The door is definitely much better now.
I also asked him to check a couple of other issues that were outside his area of expertise. He kindly gave me his professional opinion and advised me who to contact for those problems.
I'm very happy with his work.

I contacted the Hill Customer Care team about some small mold developing on the silicone around my bathroom tray, and they promptly arranged for someone to come out. Richard arrived right on time and immediately impressed me with his professionalism—he even put on overshoes to make sure he didn’t bring any dirt into the flat.

He worked very neatly, carefully removing the affected silicone and replacing it with a fresh, clean seal. What stood out most was that he didn’t just fix the mold issue,he also took the initiative to handle a few other small things that needed attention, like applying WD-40 to door handles.

Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Richard. Efficient, thorough, and very considerate—highly recommended.

I’m a Hill client having recently moved into my new flat and the customer service / post-purchase team have all been brilliant. Handover from Laura, John, and colleagues was great and really friendly. Communication around how to report snags and request fixes has also been really good. Every person we’ve encountered from Hill customer services team, particularly Richard and the gents who came in to repair snags and issues, have been really helpful and did an excellent job. Overall, a focus on customer care has really shone through. For us, our move-in has been a really good experience. We’re also thankful and appreciative for the welcome gift and all of the support and assistance provided. Shout out to Sam in the Sales suite as well, she is always positive and was friendly to us whenever we came to visit or had a request. Thank you!

I recently had Mr. Bradley Sullivan from Hill Group out to handle a few different maintenance tasks at my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. He applied mastics to my garage door with great precision and took the time to properly seal my external water pipe using foam and a wired box.

Bradley was professional, thorough, and ensured everything was tidy before leaving. It’s hard to find someone who pays such close attention to the small but important details. Highly recommended!

Peter Miller and Michael Chapman have been restoring appartments at The Beacons after a series of leaks. They have done such a good job, the properties are looking just as they were before the damage. Both kept the areas clean and tidy while doing the works required.
