I needed the tracking done on my 1970 MGB. Unfortunately they were unable to do it with the kit available due to the style of wheels. However Sean did the best he could manually to get it as near as possible. Because he was unable to fully complete the job there was no charge for the work even though the car is substantially improved. First class service in the circumstances.

Diagnosed with worn wheel bearing and booked in and repaired with no hassle. Shaun, Tom and the team were faultless and professional throughout as always. I’m a repeat customer and have no reason to go elsewhere. 5 stars as always. Kev G

Tom removed the tyre inspected the alloy and tested it to find all good, replace the tyre for me
So friendly and helpful always use these guys cannot recommend them enough

A bit of cross wire for my booking but the manager dealing with me - Tom, helped to fit me in last minute and reviewed the overall cost. Much appreciated.

Dropped car off at 8am for MOT. All done and ready to collect at 11am. I have always used the garage at Somercotes as the guys are extremely friendly which is hard to find these days and especially being a woman. One piece of advise is stop using third parties to book MOT’s tyres online as this puts the guys under unneccessary pressure. Cant beat ringing up a booking it over the phone. Special mention to Tom

Another fantastic service from Shaun and crew at Somercotes. Had a blow out on my work van tyre. Called in at Hi Q. Shaun had me a new one fitted immediately. Back on the road to work in 15 minutes. Cheers lads!

Always take my car to HiQ for repairs, MOTs and servicing. Great bunch of lads that do the job, do it right, don’t charge the Earth and don’t try and sell you repairs that aren’t needed. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

The best garage around can't recommend them enough, great staff tom jack and all the lads are fantastic, never take the car anywhere else 👍👍👍

Fantastic customer service!!
I recently discovered a slow puncture on my iX3 and booked it in for a repair. I had managed to locate the source and it was in the trade so I thought “great should be able to repair it”. This was a relief as my tyres were at 6mm and I didn’t really want to have to replace. However when I took it in they advised that it couldn’t be replaced to the angle of the puncture. I was waiting for the “it will need a new tyre at £xxx oh and you’ll need to do both sides”, which is the line I’ve heard with every other puncture.
However I was surprised when what I was actually told was, “we’re building it back up, take it to this place and they should be able to fix it”

This is the second time I’ve used HiQ Somercotes and both times I’ve been impressed.

So in summary, although they could have sold me 2 new tyres, instead they advised what was best for ME and not their bottom line. Great customer service and I will definitely return when I need new tyres

The staff are always very helpful and polite. The quality of parts used are of great quality but at a sensible price
