Delivery was swift but Unfortunately the item I ordered was damaged. I telephoned the company immediately and had no problems returning the product for a refund. I selected a day for pickup and the courier kept me informed by email.

Quality product & service.

Would recommend.

This bookcase is perfect, looks great and is sturdy-great value for money!!

A real pleasure to deal with, the product was delivered quickly and correspondence prior to delivery was bang on.Product was easy to assemble and took less than half an hour to build, even for a total diy novice like myself.
Highly recommend home outlet, brilliant product at a great price. Will use again without doubt.

This is the second time I have bought from Home Outlet and both times it's been superfast delivery!
Excellent ;-)

The glass cabinet I ordered is very sturdy, very good value for money.
It arrived with a faulty part and Rob at support was very prompt to contact the supplier to organise the shipping of a replacement part.
Great product and great service, keep up the good work!

The Holder is marvelous, Home Outlet has great service. Delivery was very speedy. Packed very well. Very pleased with the service.

I've used on-line shopping for *many* years and, in a highly competitive world, it's always a pleasure to get, what we used to call in the old days, service.
As usual, we were running out of space so I decided to turn the cluttered to the point of falling off, top of a bookshelf into some proper storage. So, as a test, I ordered a two-shelf unit and this arrived almost the next day - my husband and I were so impressed, I bought another set today - his and hers? :) After all, it *is* a leap-year!

The service was fast and efficient and the product was excellent. The bookshelf looks brilliant in the corner of my living room. I am really pleased i order this item.

Ordered and was delivered 2 days later no hassles everything there would highly recommend this efficient company

When searching for a specific item, they went over and above to source the drawers for me within a couple of hours, after I had spent hours trawling the Internet to no avail!
Excellent customer service, would highly recommend +++++

Very easy to order, excellent price and very fast delivery. All in all extremely happy with my purchase.

Fantastic product (Solid Oak Bedside cabinet) - great price - fast delivery !!!!!

Delivery service was terrible, customer service not great. Wouldn't order from here again.

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

We have ordered multiple items and each time the service was good. The items bought are almost 1.5 to 2 times more expensive in showrooms. The quality of the the range we ordered (Montrose), we find, is good and sturdy.

The delivery methods could be improved a bit (time slot etc), other than that the good were delivered without damage.

Good product, fair price, delivery on time and all communications good. Very happy.

Excellent .
Would recommend it to my friends

good quailty goods and service
