Homebase - Rayleigh Weir Bewertungen 

We ordered a storage box. When open we realised there was a large crack in base. We rung the store who were very helpful and said they will happily replace it. I bought it back down to store where the lady asked me to wait whilst she fetched it.
A new one was bought to me and Gavin H and his colleague very cleverly suggested opening it to check for damage. Much to my disappointment this two was damaged and the only one left in stock. Gavin H said hold on just before you except a refund I might at the very least have a spare base out back. Thankfully he did and I don’t have to go out of my way to another home base to collect another. Incredibly impressed with Gavin H and he’s college’s dedication to making sure I went away happy.

Lovely ladies always very helpful and a pleasure as always.

Salesman Ian is so on the ball. If you need sound advice and planning he is your guy - I would have no hesitation in recommending clients deal with Ian for their all kitchen planning. He has so much knowledge and will chase up and respond to any questions you may have. Such a credit to Homebase kitchen department.

I got some great support and very friendly service and a great education from Caroline in the Rayleigh what a smashing lady

We dealt with Sam on the kitchen department. We had several meetings with Sam who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us design out kitchen. We had no hesitation to place an order and have been very impressed with the service provided. Sam was always on hand to help with any questions and provided top customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Great system from purchase to pay to collection. No issues and very good communication. The customer service lady at Rayleigh was very helpful when I collected the goods next day as well.

Popped in to look at kitchens and a lovely lady pointed me in the right direction think her name was Ang

Phoned Rayleigh Weir store around 7/8th August re
cacti compost. Spoke with lovely lady - Kim B who was most helpful and cheerful. Offered me a couple
of types and put chosen one behind customer service counter. Product not always available, so especially pleased. Always find staff at Rayleigh Weir helpful and
good humoured.

Met Steve o today in your Rayleigh branch, what a guy! The best staff member we have come across in there, nothing was too much for him to do. We was looking for a fan and he took the time to plug in different models so we could find the right one. With the big offers on we ended up buying a gas bbq while there, which steve o helped check over and made sure all was ok as being the last one, he helped me to get it in the car as all ready prebuilt.
Cant thank you enough buddy for all your help. 💯 staff feedback and makes you want to come back again.

Product on display on shelf not in the store (Karcher). Several on high shelf located away from the main display looked like available for sale but told it wasn’t the product (in which case they should not be on show as misleading)
Hozelock product behind counter which was in convenient and only 2 staff operating tills and customer service areas so took a while to get assistance. Frustrating when I can see at least one staff member in an office area. Not enough attention paid by staff to the queues forming.

I came to your Rayleigh branch yesterday and found the whole experience a dream I was not sure where my item that I was looking for was and was kindly helped and the lady on the checkout was also so helpful. It was a pleasure and will definitely be returning . Well done Homebase.

My visit to Rayleigh stores was a pleasurable one, staff were very friendly & i was helped to the car with my compost, in & out in 10 minutes with everything i needed.

Rayleigh store - queue at least 10 customers deep and only one checkout open. Other members of staff visible on the shop floor yet no attempt to proactively support the one lady trying to run a checkout and do returns and service click & collect. Even when a tannoy announcement asked for checkout support no one turned up! Thank goodness for the one lady running the show - she deserves a medal!

I had a problem with wallpaper batch numbers but it was sorted quickly and efficiently and very polite a positive experience

Tried phoning to find out which day they have turf supply delivered as they are not holding enough for my requirements. Phone rings off multiple times and says all their advisors are dealing with other enquiries.
There is only one thing to do with a store which is to busy for business and that is to go elsewhere!

Lovely lady that works in the Rayleigh branch very helpful would highly recommend
