Very happy with HomeSupply. Good prices, easy-to-navigate website for comparison of products and ordering. Prompt delivery of the items I ordered. I had two minor issues, one of which involved a return. Mollie was very quick to answer my queries, resolve the issue and refund the payment. Excellent service so thank you!

Friendly and helpful customer service. Repair kit for Tissino Giorgio2 shower tray sent quickly. Only thing I would say is that the box smells really strongly. Not sure if some spilled out when packing but it's a vey strong smell. Hopefully will be OK after I have applied it to the shower tray.

Home Supply is Great , its the Courier DX thats the problem, on both occasions ive used Home Supply the courier did not deliver to our home, its when to a diffent address each time.
Get a New Courier Service.

They didn’t even quibble over the fact that they had to deliver the radiator to north Scotland all the way from Plymouth, which was almost £50 less than others who sold the very same item that were much closer to me plus they charged extra due to me being outside of “mainland UK” Home supply didn’t charge a penny neither for delivery or the fact we are in northern Scotland, to which they deserve recognition for that alone plus they were best priced of all that I had researched. So thanks very much & I would definitely recommend & buy from them again.

Great communication, quick delivery

I used home supply to purchase my bathroom and ensuite after looking at others for quotes. Home Supply were fantastic to deal with and delivery was speedy, and they couldnt be beaten on price and quality. But there customer service is where i run out of superlatives for. Every interation with Homesupply over the last few years have been brilliant. They aim to fix issues and keep you informed. Most recently i have had the pleasure of conversing with Liv. Shes has been truly outstanding in her ability to deal with a complex issue and although its taken time (which was never an issue for me) Liv has resolved the issue and i coul not be happier. I wont shop anyewhere else and i couldnt recommend Home Supply enough.

Item ordered & delivered promptly

The service was amazing , ordered a free standing bath Thursday 2cnd July and after a call from a very friendly lady called Wendy the bath was delivered Monday 6th July all the way from Plymouth. Absoloutly amazing service. Will be ordering from them again.

Everything about my interaction with HomeSupply was absolutely fantastic.
I wanted to order a bath so I emailed L to enquire. They then rang me to confirm they could deliver within timescale.
On day of delivery driver phoned prior to delivery, a lovely chap from Gloucester.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.
A few days later I then ordered a toilet roll holder which was also delivered in a short timescale. Normally couriers deliver to a similar address to ours by mistake, no such problems here. Fantastic!!
