Purchased a bath tap that dribbled for…
Purchased a bath tap that dribbled for 20 seconds. Sent it back they sent it to manafacturers who said this was ok.
Now they want me tpo pay to have it sent to me, after being without the tap for over a month,
Very poor service, goods not upto spec
It stopped within 20 seconds according to your report from maker. Not a few seconds. My previous tap stopped immediately NO DRIPS.

Thank you for your second review.
We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the outcome. After receiving the tap back, it was sent to the manufacturer’s UK testing facility for a full inspection. The tap was tested across a range of pressures and it was confirmed that any residual dripping stopped within seconds and did not continue.
The manufacturer has advised that this is not a fault, but rather normal behaviour caused by residual water remaining in the spout, which can be slightly affected by the installation angle.
As the item has been confirmed to be in full working order and within specification, it does not qualify as faulty.

Home Supply came to our rescue
Home Supply came to our rescue after a competitor failed to deliver a relatively expensive Shower Enclosure in a timely manner. We had placed the original order on 19th February and as of 10th March still nothing. We were able to place a new order with Home Supply for the Merlyn 8-Series Frameless In-Fold Pivot Shower Enclosure - 2 Door - 1900mm High 800X800mm mid afternoon 11th March and this was delivered on the morning 13th March in time for our bathroom fitters to install prior to the arrival of guests expected that weekend. Excellent response and service. Will definitely be using them again when we complete our next bathroom later in the year.

It all was delivered the following day the person on the end of the phone was extremely polite and obliging doing what they could to ensure I had the items the following day- I’m yet to install so I can’t review the products yet .

We are still waiting on delivery. Your terms of sale said 2 to 5 days. It is now 7. Yesterday you said we would hear from your delivery company before ther delivered today - we havent.
Your response to the above review says 3 to 5 business days but take a look at your website which on the order page clearly says days not business days.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with the delivery timeframe.
Having looked into your order, it was placed on the 10th while we were closed, so it was processed on the 11th. From this point, the delivery falls within our quoted 3 - 5 working day lead time.
I’ve checked the tracking and can confirm your order is out for delivery today. It was originally scheduled for yesterday, however DX were unfortunately short staffed and unable to complete the delivery as planned.
We do apologise that you weren’t contacted as expected and understand the frustration this can cause. We appreciate your patience and are confident your order will be delivered today.

Excellent service from start to finish. The Victorian fire arrived very quickly and was exactly as described.
