Reasonable margin

New Umbrella Company
A very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and friendly service was provided when I had to move umbrella companies with my new contract. Nothing was too much trouble and payment was made quickly after it was sent from my agents. Highly recommended, also had discussions regarding pension planning etc.

Extremely Poor Service and Communication
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with ICS Accountants. For months, I received no updates, no communication, and no support — despite continuing to pay for their services. A direct debit error occurred and some payments didn’t go through, yet they never informed me. On top of that, my statement confirmation became overdue, putting my Ltd company at risk.
I only realised they had effectively stopped acting as my accountants when they took my November fee but then refused to help unless I paid them more. The lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility has been shocking.
I have now moved to a new accountant who will be picking up the mess left behind. I cannot recommend ICS Accountants based on my experience — the communication was poor, the service was inconsistent, and it ultimately cost me time, stress, and risk to my business. Avoid
