I had issues today 4/7/25 with my employer and getting my timesheet signed off to be paid. Kyle was absolutely amazing and eventually made this happen. He went above and beyond. Excellent service from start to finish.
Phone call from staff member on Tuesday was also good. This is a company who very obviously care. Thank you for the amazing service .

I would highly recommend using ICS Accounting for their payroll services. Their rates are very competitive, their representatives are friendly and helpful by both phone and email, and their onboarding process for new clients is clear. I experienced no issues while recently being paid through them, and will therefore gladly use their services again in the future.

I switched to this company as I had to select an umbrella company from a designated list. From day 1, I had nothing but issues and poor service. Despite numerous requests they have not issued P60's nor my P45. To top it off, it has come to light their tax calculations were incorrect for the entire year. I now owe HMRC 1000's. Their solution, I pay their accountant to work out their mistake so they can tell me how much I actually owe.

ICS umbrella paid me through 16 months of a contract with Tesco and never had any issue whatsoever. Recommended without reservation, superb service.

I’ve recently joined ICS umbrella and my experience so far has been extremely positive.
Throughout the onboarding process I had regular contact from a member of the team who was really helpful. And whenever I’ve had a query, this has been resolved quickly.
Following my first pay / payslip, I had a phone call by Lisa to ask if I had any questions, if everything was OK and if my new contract was going well. It was a surprising, personal and lovely touch. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending ICS umbrella.
