Talked to a few different people because of the holiday they were not pushy and gave me every little detail saved me 3 percent in interest from what the car lot said they could do very easy and well pleased with the service thanks

I was approved for a refinance the rate and term were ok. I wasn’t too thrilled about adding additional months to my loan for the lower rate but was told that was the only way to get that rate. It was the customer service from my representative that was awful.When I asked to see the loan and security disclosure and wanted to think about ( aka review) the document without being put on the spot to sign while a rep was on the phone with me ) I was told that is not how things were done and the rep became very rude with me. I am glad I followed my gut and didn’t let him pressure me into signing . I was able the same evening to apply to a credit union get an even better rate ( with less fees) and not have to add an additional longer term to my loan to get that rate.

Andrea really took time with me to answer all of my many questions and naw sure I was comfortable with the option I chose. She got me a really good rate with terms that worked for me. The process was easy to understand along the way and she was there for any question I had. Recommend the 10/10!

I don't remember how I found them (Nerdwallet maybe) - but they were fantastic! I worked with Kristie and she was so kind. She listened to what I wanted and found the best rate for me - when she called to tell me, I was shocked that she found a rate almost 5 points lower than what I had. She was great about explaining all details, followed up as needed, and made sure all was done correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

I Refinanced my truck with iLending Direct and had a very good experience.
