I had Jerry as my refinance advisor/manager and he did absolutely fantastic. There was a bank holiday in the middle of me trying to refinance so things got put on hold and took longer then expected but he didn’t forget about me and made sure I got everything handled and was very fast about it. He was also extremely nice every time I dealt with him on the phone.

It was an awesome experiance. Ray and Lawrence went above and beyond to help me get the refinance done. There were issues with the previous lender and these individuals took care of it.

Dijon was very helpful, went above and beyond for what I wanted and helped get my payments lowered and Interest rates also lowered, I would 110% recommend, this helped get a huge weight lifted off if my shoulders and was quick with the process also did not have to wait very long

In the beginning, things seemed great. But as soon as I signed on the dotted line the lines of communication ceased to exist. They pretty much pushed this refund on my GAP policy and the dealership I received my car from, had no idea what I was referring to. I received conflicting instruction after I signed and before I signed on how to obtain the refund and now it seems there is no refund. I truly would not have signed if it wasn’t. I could have waited a little longer.

I had a great experience with this company and with everyone involved in the refi! Whitney was so professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this company to others!!!
