Not Happy
When I received your letter I was happy because I was low on money and needed to reduce my monthly load you guys never mentioned an up front cost or that I would have to renew my registration two days into it you call me saying that there’s a 187$ up front fee the bank is asking for then three days into it you call me and tell me I have to renew my registration which wasn’t due this cost me 293$ so almost 500 upfront not a happy camper then you said on the letter my monthly would go to 275 it’s at 350 and the letter said my % rate would be at 7 something and it ended up being 9.75 nothing but changes and misinformation throughout

Good Afternoon Kris, I apologize that your experience was frustrating for you. I wanted to provide some context on why these situations arose during the process. We work with a network of lenders, and in order to get you the best deal that is available, we will not always know up front if we need to provide a principle payment to your previous lender to ensure there is a balance between your loan size and your vehicle's worth. When we found the new loan for you, we then determined that this principle payment was needed to qualify. We completely understand why this is frustrating, but there was no intent to withhold any of this information from you, for we simply just wouldn't know if this was required until we had a conditional approval from our lenders. For your registration, unfortunately California will not allow any titling work unless your registration is valid for a minimum of 60 days, which is why this needed to be updated to refinance. This is not an iLending practice, but a California state requirement. Finally, all letters sent are estimates and while we strive to match each of these, everyone's personal situation is different and these are subject to change as we collect more information. However, we are happy we were able to find a much lower rate for you than your previous loan, and we hope that this helps you out greatly in the future!

Process was fairly easy and convenient. It was nice that the agents worked longer hours because I typically am not available until after 5 pm most week days. Mostly everything was taken are I’d for me—great!

I am really appreciative of Ray and Larry’s help with my auto refinance. It was a really easy process and fast results. I had an out of state title and I still got my loan processed with in the same week, they got my interest rate dropped significantly low and I was able to skip a payment which was really helpful!! Thank you guys for all your help!!
