Absolutely Disgusting – Found a Caterpillar in My Tobacco!
I never thought I'd have to check my rolling tobacco for live insects, but here we are. I recently purchased a pack from [Company Name], only to find a caterpillar nestled inside. Not exactly the "natural flavour" I was expecting!
Mistakes happen, but what’s even worse is the complete lack of response from the company. I contacted them immediately, expecting at least an apology and a refund, if not a serious explanation about their quality control failures. Instead, I’ve been completely ignored. No response, no accountability—just silence.
If this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how little care they put into their products. It makes you wonder what else might be lurking in their tobacco! Avoid this brand at all costs unless you enjoy unexpected protein in your smokes.
I’ll be reporting this to Trading Standards and taking further action. Shameful behaviour from a company that clearly doesn’t care about its customers or its product quality.
