Professional and efficient. I thought my installers in my last property were top notch but Infinity are premier league.

Everyone in the company was knowledgable and professional - they clearly know what they are doing! The whole process from start to finish was very smooth with each stage explained in advance and all dates and times were kept to. I would have no hesitation in recommending Infinity Energy Services.

Every member of the team was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. All questions were answered and quotes updated no matter how many questions were asked. The installation team were clean, neat and professional. Could not have wished for a better company to deal with. Highly recommended.

Just had an Air Source Heat pump fitted by Infinity and what a professional and great company to work with.
Why can't all companies be like this one!

Infinity Energy worked hard through the solar together scheme to give us the best solution. When there were issues during installation they were resolved quickly and the teams (Office, Roofing and Electrical) all communicated with us during the set up. Overall a great company we would recommend.

Great service, professional team. Product (aircon) works perfectly and everything left neat and tidy.

My first ever "project" or "upgrade" to my first house could not have been made easier.

Installation was thorough and professional and the guys were very helpful and professional in their job

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by the team at Infinity Energy Services. They were the first to respond to my inquiry and promptly connected me with their energy consultant instead of providing fictitious quotations. They recommended a site survey, which was a wise decision.
While we have finalized all these steps with Infinity team, I am still waiting for other vendors to get back to me with a potential site visit day or quotation., and I am very disappointed with other companies how they disrespect customers. ☹ Infinity team also gets another credit for their approach to customers.

During the process, Energy consultant Andy was very attentive, courteous, and professional. He listened to my needs and preferences, answered all my questions, and offered helpful suggestions and solutions designed specifically for my property. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by Infinity Energy Services and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Quick quote, best price for air con and installation seamless. Top job all round

Our installation team of Alex, Ross and Jack were friendly, helpful and effficient.

Well managed installation with both the electricians and the roofers being tidy, efficient and polite.

Infinity has carried out various work for me, ASHP service, airconditioning service and most recently, the addition of two new aircon units. From enquiry through to installation & billing, the whole team are friendly, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. I wish more companies had the same ethic as Infinity. I've recommended them to several friends.

The explanation by the salesperson of how the system worked was very thorough. The engineer arrived when booked. He was very pleasant and professional - though I wish he had hoovered up the brick dust inside and out.
the various 'Pro forma' invoices sent were not always accurate (i.e. refundable deposit omitted) but the final bill was accurate.

The installation went very well, the electrician David, was lovely. Really helpful. It took less than 1 day and up and running by mid afternoon. The saving already is very noticeable. We are learning more each day.
The only slight niggle was unfortunately with the scaffolders. Very pleasant and polite but were somewhat delayed. Got here in the end.

Having had a bad experience when dealing with a previous solar company I was relieved when infinity were able to provide exactly what I wanted. The install team were excellent. They did a very tidy job and were done in a single day. The system is great. We have reduced our grid usage dramatically. I would strongly recommend infinity and would not consider going anywhere else.

Amazing communication from the office and the Engineer was friendly and really professional. I'd definitely recommend and use them again. Also my AC unit is working like new.

I came to Infinity Energy Services after having a bad experience with another Solar company. The team at Infinity were polite a helpful on the phone. I talked through options with Andrew Knowler one of the Solar Technical designers on the phone who made a provisional recommendation after a virtual survey. He then personally visited our house and adjusted the recommendation in discussion with us to fit better. We then agreed a date for installation, they then called to agree a date for the scaffolding to go up and an update of when the team would arrive.
A communication highlight was an email from Christine Monet in accounts at 8.30 at night reassuring me that all was well as I kept missing her to pay the deposit.
The scaffolders were on time, polite efficient and careful of our property both during the install and the removal and nice guys. The team arrived to install on time two roofers and two electricians. All again nice guys, efficient, polite, the workmanship demonstrated they had a pride in their job. All paperwork came through as soon as I made the final payment.
A great process with professional customer focussed organisation with skilled tradesmen who know how to work with people.
Highly recommended.

We had 24 solar panels installed in a ground array, with a battery and EV charger. Everyone at Infinity was very professional, competent and friendly from start to finish. We are now pretty much ‘off grid’ during the summer!

The survey was comprehensive and the installation carried out efficiantly, quickly and with minimum fuss.
