Really poor customer service. Enquired about an E bike on the CTW scheme. Following a number of back and forth emails trying to gather the relevant information about a particular bike I was keen on, I was told to just check the website myself. No further follow up email to me. Not great. Seemed disinterested to help.

This experience with your Inner City 365 Pro Scooter warranty service has been nothing short of dismal and highlights a level of negligence and indifference that should deeply concern management, especially if the survival of your business is at stake. Despite holding a valid one-year warranty, I was met with arbitrary booking restrictions—Saturday collections refused, weekday-only appointments forced online with no assistance at the desk. I was then charged €30 upfront for what should, under warranty, be a free service—excused away as a time slot fee and a €20 deposit, the latter never refunded despite no actual repair being conducted. Communication was inconsistent and dismissive; at no point did staff take meaningful responsibility or initiative. The issue with my scooter—a non-functioning throttle—remained unsolved after a week-long wait, with only superficial fixes performed. Not only did staff admit the display was water damaged (a condition not covered by your so-called “warranty”), but they also ignored my express instructions not to order any replacement parts. To add insult to injury, any request to refund the advance payment was flatly denied, justified as payment for “diagnostics” that led nowhere. Instead, I was offered an untraceable €20 store voucher, which felt like a last-ditch attempt to pacify an angry customer rather than genuine recompense.
The so-called “warranty” offers no real protection, excludes water damage without ever supplying clear terms and conditions, and any payment made is effectively lost, regardless of service outcome. Staff displayed an appalling lack of care, transparency, and professionalism; my scooter left your shop in essentially the same faulty state as when it arrived. This is not just incompetence—this is a systemic failure of customer service and warranty support that screams for urgent intervention. If this customer review lands with any weight, let it be clear: your business’s reputation and future viability are in jeopardy unless you radically overhaul your approach to warranty, transparency, and customer care. Avoidance is not just advised to customers—it will be inevitable if nothing changes.

Quick response and repair, friendly staff great customer service

My son got new brakes fitted on his e-bike. The brakes are great and he is delighted. We availed of the pick up and delivery service. It could be made a bit clearer when booking this that it was charged separately, charge for pick up and again for delivery, €15 each way. Apart from that a very good service.

Service and product was perfect and would recommend

Ordered the inner city 365 Pro on Saturday evening and it was delivered Tuesday morning which was brilliant. I had a problem with the folding mechanism. I rang the shop for assistance and the staff stuck with me until the problem was resolved. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

Absolutely unprofessional. Telling us that our g2 pro is ready for collection since last weekend! Told to go get it TWICE went to collect not in stock. Absolute pisstake this close to Christmas yous should be shut down

These guys are just brilliant I needed my scooter back quickly for work and they repaired it same day Alias in the service dept looked after everything so professionally would highly recommend them

Ordered an electric bike and the staff are very friendly and helpful and keep in contact with you the day it is getting delivered

Very good service as always with Alfred the delivery driver who kept me in constant update about the delivery. Overall highly recommended to everyone.

It has been almost a month I am waiting for my paracel and they even do not provide a DHL tracking number and I am not able to track it they just send you a link of a Chinese post company which does bot show where is your paracel. I have lost my money

They kept my scooter for almost a month and told me that there was nothing wrong with it. I got it back and they informed me that, after all, there was an issue with the engine and they could not do anything. Unprofessional amateurs.

Ordered a scooter tried to do it on the cycle to work scheme they guided me through it and there staff on the phone were very friendly and polite just very good service overall highly recommend,

⚠️ Absolutely unacceptable!
I’m furious and extremely disappointed. I bought a scooter that is NOT water-resistant at all, even though they proudly advertise it as “splash-proof.” What a joke.

I used it for less than two weeks, only twice in light rain — never in puddles, never in heavy rain — and I always wiped it dry right after. Despite all that care, it just stopped working!

How can you even sell a scooter like this in Ireland, where it rains almost every day? If it can’t handle a bit of drizzle, don’t lie about it being water-resistant. This is false advertising.

They even sent me a replacement, and guess what? The exact same problem. So it’s not a bad unit — it’s a terrible design flaw.

For the same price, I’ve already bought another scooter elsewhere that’s actually waterproof. This brand should be ashamed.

We never received the scooter on time. The first one they sent was broken and wrong. When they promised to send a replacement, they didn’t even ship it, and I’m still waiting. I had to call myself to find out that DPD didn’t pick it up — if I hadn’t called, I would have had no idea. Completely disorganized, absolutely horrible service. Do not order from them.

Unreliable company! They try to cheat.

I do not recommend buying from them, In that case, there is a risk of receiving damaged goods, and if you complain, the company will delay the delivery. The first time, they often send defective or used items, hoping that you will accept them. When you complain, they just apologize, and then you have to wait weeks for the issue to be resolved.

I’m also not sure that those 5-star reviews are genuine… this company seems irresponsible. After all this, they even ask you to leave a positive review—now you know where all those 5 stars come from.

A woman named Halima, with whom we spoke on the phone, may work there—she apparently wrote 5/5 reviews for herself.
