Worst business experience I've had in a long time. Defective product, second time with them I had the exact same problem, delamination. Only finished months after promised. Extremely expensive, poor quality and poor communication. Incompetent employees across multiple departments, who failed to inspect, multiple times, and detect multiple quality defects. General manager of the entire company, rick, shockingly operates from a place of reactiveness versus proactiveness, not addressing the problem and seemingly made it worse throughout the entire process as problems and delays compounded. Salesperson Beth, took zero and didn't communicate. Cannot say enough bad things about my business experience with this company and their employees, and shockingly after all of that, they've offered absolutely zero compensation / adjustment to the cost of the project!
