Harassment
We filled out an enquiry form but decided to go with another company, however, instaloft have been calling us several times a day but they only let the phone ring once or twice before hanging up and leaving a voicemail. We have reached out to them several times to stop contacting us but they proceed to harass us, we even block their numbers but they still ring on new numbers, incredibly unprofessional!

Very poor finish around hatch
I had to have a new hatch to make room for the ladder. First attempt was appalling and I complained. They sent out another man but the finish is still very poor. I initialled the form as I don’t want anything more to do with the company if that is the standard of the work. The insulation in the loft is fine.

Do NOT give them your contact details
Do NOT give them your contact details. They will NOT leave you alone. For the last few weeks they have called me everyday 2h apart from a different number, I’ve blocked every single number but 2h later, yet another call from Instaloft. I’ve asked them to stop calling, stop emailing and leave me alone and it’s turned into absolute harassment. This is the sort of vulture behaviour that you see from companies looking for vulnerable members of the public as I’ve witnessed on my parents. Leave me alone!

Faultless experience. Excellent value!
Smooth process from surveyor (Sam) to fitting. Faultless company.
I thought about boarding the loft myself but for the system InstaLoft use it wouldn’t have cost much less for materials alone and would have taken me more than one day - no brainer to get InstaLoft in to do it!
All my old insulation was bagged up and removed, the carpets were protected and hoovered well after. Excellent.

I enquired for getting my loft done…
I enquired for getting my loft done weeks ago which we have now found someone but for some reason I keep receiving calls from different numbers EVERY single day!!! They let my phone ring 2 times each time and then leave voicemails/emails and texts despite me saying I no longer need this quote! We had our new build loft boarded on…
We had our new build loft boarded on Friday, as well as a ladder and light fitted. Fantastic customer service throughout, on the day of installation I couldn’t believe how quick and simple they made the whole process. Would recommend to anyone and already have told people at work about them.

I registered for a job on checkatrade
I registered for a job on checkatrade, they continuously called me, 3..4. Even 5 times a day! Spam calls, when answered it just says call them, waste of time and a very bad company to be trying to gain customers this way. Lack of understanding within the customer service trade to setup such a thing to engage with customers.
They harass you daily, every 20 minutes it seems like and claim it’s because we are unreachable at a given time of day, perhaps you might think we no longer need the job after 3 times of trying to contact!? That might be a better way! This way I place they have is awful and not something I’d recommend trying to get a quote for as they will Harass you hourly.

There were areas left uncovered- I wish they had discussed with me before packing up their tools.
Also I didn’t understand the breathable membrane which could have made things much better and prevented any dust etc on storage items.
Time will tell with the warranty….

Amazing from start to finish
From start to finish, the team have been brilliant.
Getting the survey booked in was easy, with their friendly team on the phone. I then had Denzil to conduct a survey of the loft. He was friendly, informative, and very helpful.
When the day arrived, I had Morgan carrying out the installation. He and his colleague did an amazing job, working away in the heat. Really pleased with the job they carried out, and they were careful and respectful walking around the property, to and from the loft.
They were able to do the whole job, to a high standard, in very little time. I was shocked how fast they got the whole job finished.
Really pleased with the whole service, and would certainly recommend!

Extremely Happy
Sam was fantastic from the very first appointment. He carried out the survey, provided a clear and competitive quote, and offered continuous support throughout the process, always being available to answer any questions I had.
Michael and Ethan, the fitters, were equally fantastic. They worked tirelessly in extremely hot temperatures in the loft and did an amazing job. The finished loft looks fantastic, and they left everything clean and tidy with no mess behind.
Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough — an excellent service from start to finish. A truly great company!

To board or not board....
In anticipation of future works in our house including a new boiler, we decided to take the opportunity to board out our loft.
The two guys that came from Instaloft (Chris 1 and Chris 2) were very hard working and clearly had a fab working relationship and once supplied with cups of tea, they made the whole experience a joy. The whole project including installing a sturdy wooden loft ladder and additional insulation to bring the loft upto regulations, was completed within the day and our new loft can now be used for storage !
