Brilliant job from start to finish
Gareth came to have a look and gave great advice - clear quote and follow up questions. Then on the day, Shabiah was the politest guy you can know. He got on with the job with no fuss at all. Amazingly clean and a brilliant job. Clearly showed us how to use the new hatch and couldn't recommend him more highly.

Excellent service, highly recommended
We recently had loft survey and electric works followed by completion of the loft boarding and ladder fitting yesterday.
We are very happy with the overall job and standard of workmanship.
Also, very happy with the service received; all workers who attended were polite, friendly, professional, helpful and tidy.
Starting with the survery, my husband said the person was knowledgeable and did not push unnecessary extras on that we didn't need.
The Electrician ensured all works were done to a high standard without the need to trace the wiring through plasterwork.
Finally, the 2 people who completed the loft did a really good job, left no mess, and gave good information and demonstrated how to pull down and store away the ladder.
We would highly recommend your service. Using the loft has opened up so much more storage space.

Polite and Professional
Working in extreme heat the two installers who attended were polite and professional (Jason and Bailey) and did a fantastic job leaving the area clean and tidy. The electrician (Jordan) was also very friendly and professional. In just a few hours I have a useable storage space and can attest that they all worked very hard and in a very hot loft space! Credit to the organisation.

Great installation, back office let it down.
From quote to installation the experience was fantastic. We had a not normal loft layout which involved a different method of installation, but Brandon was able to complete the job and we now have a fantastic loft that is more useable and safer than it ever has been. Just need to wait for the weather to cool down so I can get up there.
Instaloft would have got a 5* review had it not been for the tone of their messages less than 24hrs after the install saying late payment fees would be applied. For context, the job was completed late afternoon Friday and the message was sent noon Monday.

This is the second time I've used Instaloft, this time for another loft boarding installation and loft ladder, having previously used them at a different property. Once again, they exceeded my expectations.
From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and highly efficient. The quality of their workmanship is excellent, and everything was completed to a very high standard. What impressed me most was how quickly they carried out the installation without compromising on quality.
It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers such a great service, but Instaloft have done exactly that on both occasions. I am extremely satisfied with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for loft boarding, storage solutions, or a loft ladder installation.
Thank you to the whole team for another fantastic job!
