Because of the price points you can only be used when the situation suits. We have 14 motorhomes insured with Alan Boswell. You lock us out when we don't use your services. That is ironic and rather stupid. You will always be used as a last resort, that is what you are for, accept it. There is not any point that I can raise agaist this company who are excellent in their service management as well as very presise at all times.
Very prompt to responce to any inquiries I have so far raised and very quick in decision making.
It might help if rates are reviewed at regular intervals to give bit more incouragement to existing clients,but overall superb.

I thank them all and will not hesitate to recommend.

The booking system is so easy to use and the fact you can cancel an insurance quote 15 mins before the insurance takes place and you get all your money back. Helpful staff who go out of their way to make your life easier. Been with them for 2 years and would recommend them to anyone.

I spoke to lillyani who helped me out all the way through and gave a great service would recommend to everyone else.

Too expensive, upped their prices (by a third each year) at the drop of hat and had you by the knackers making it very hard to transfer. I went bust.

The good thing is that any questions get answered clearly...they do what they say which is great.

Only negative is the inappropriate automated emails that don't always consider the nuisances of how business is progressing.

Not to bad to use however the insurance costs are going up and takes up 30% of my profits could do with been a little more competitive may have to look at annual insurance as day rates becoming too expensive

The software cost a lot for a start up business but the quality of documents produced made it worth it, the parameters for customers was easy to understand and the production of per diem very easy, no major problems encountered in our first year
