Great Customer Support team
Great customer support team. Peter Holtrichter, who first responded to my inquiry was very helpful with his expertise in the insurance products and provided me a good understanding. He also followed up with me and I am thankful for that. Rebecca Hoefer who is assigned to take my application and provide any other detail I might need was very professional and thorough. My overall experience is that a sound process exists in this company for handling new clients. I found the price quoted for my policy is competitive if not the best.
