Avoid.
Still waiting my deposit refund ..... this normally will take between 3-5 working days .
Now it is almost 8 working days and I am still waiting for this £250 deposit to be refunded back to my account. Poor customer service and rude manager.
I will be contacting my bank to report this transaction.

Yeh brought a car a week ago, absolutely fantastic customer service given at its finest, Lee was amazing to talk to, and after had a issue with the siezed bolt, and Rob took it in consideration to get it repaired even having it done at main dealers. Just waiting for my spare key to arrive, but it's a big shout out to all the team specially Rob at interest 4 free 🚘's. Definitely will recommend 💯%. Give them a shout today for any information you want.

This was my first time buying a car through this type of company and all the process was easy. It took longer than I expected but in these times (Coronavirus time) I understand that things can be delayed a bit. Andy and the colleagues were always very nice and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the car. My experience has been very positive. Thank you.

My car just arrived today, just in time for taking my family out for the weekend! I will really want to personally thank Andy, Pete, and Lee. They worked tirelessly on getting my order to me on time and I got my order delivered for free. I will definitely recommend it!

Avoid this fraudulent company like the plague! I was in the process of buying a car from them and I paid the deposit. At first they were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen financial difficulty I was unable to go ahead with my purchase. When I told them this, they were rude on the phone and abruptly ended the call. They said you'll get your £250 deposit back, it should take 2-3 days... However, now its been a month and no sign of the money.. They keep making up excuses why they haven't returned it and lying to my banks disputes team saying it's been "authorised" when it hasn't! I would have bought a car from this company after a few months when I'm in a better financial situation but I will not be doing so anymore due to poor customer service.. They're also overly priced, it's not worth it!

This is the second car (both BMWs) I have bought from Interestfree4cars and yet again the service received was highly commendable from start to finish and even post-sale. Pete in particular went the extra mile and has proved to me what a great company this is so thank you Pete. I highly recommend this dealer and I will be purchasing more cars from here In future; they have secured my custom for sure! :)

I recently bought a vehicle in February of this year 2020 I thought this company was a trustworthy company due to being recommended by a very close friend of mine but this company is not trustworthy it is a scam and a lie they fix vehicles that was most probably been in road accidents or what not I can still see the white glue or whatever it is they do to fix the vehicle still on my vehicle at this present time and the paint work feels peculiar compare to other vehicles the same as mine I’m currently under a lot of stress as I’ve been scammed for over £8000 and trapped in this contract and this is causing the high blood ( which is increasing my chance of having a stroke dramatically) pressure and also affecting my diabetes which has led to me being taken into hospital after this stress and grief this company has given me for buying a vehicle so I can just survive and provide for my family...
The warranty by the company autoprotect does not cover much this will lead to my main issue with the vehicle the bodywork with multiple scratches I know the company will reply and say that I signed to say everything is fine but I got pressured by the gentleman by the salesman which is part of their job to do pressurise people sign a contract and get away and it’s got nothing to do with them again the warranty company does not deal with much I believe and I have strong proof to prove that the clutch is high and heavy which is an indication that the clutch is on its way out and is faulty and I have compared the clutch to other vehicles the same model same year and the clutch is way different I am here writing this review to let people know this company is a scam if you do go to buy with them if any of these reviews are real which should give five stars or four stars then they must of went with a professional mechanic, do you not go there alone trust your gut feeling is something doesn’t feel right take the train back home or the vehicle you came in to go back home I don’t do business with them these people are crooked to the maximum and this is a honest review and this is the truth and this has happened this year so take my advice..

And oh yeah to the Ikwan and uhktys this review is from a brother so you know I only want best for you all

Called multiple times to enquire about a Nissan Juke that I was ready to drive out and purchase but never got an answer on the phone and never got a call back. So I went to a local dealer and got a brand new Nissan Juke for less cost. Can’t do business with a company that can’t even answer their phone or provide any customer service!

Excellent service from the guys at Interestfree4cars. They made the process of buying a car easy and stress free. Most of the work was done over the phone and then it was a very quick process on the day of collecting the car from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Found it very strange at first as I have never done this before but all my fears was put at ease when I met up with Darren Hall he was very much a honesty person when through everything and some and if you didn't know what was he would explain very clearly to you my car was all good beyond my expectations thanks to Darren and Andy smee and a big thank you for the support 5 starts

Great company, delivery of vehicle was on the day and time as promised. Very impressed with office staff Rob and Darren and the speed at which they helped me resolve the finance paperwork. Would highly recommend!

Purchased car with a couple of problems that were intermittent these problems I complained about and they dealt with the repairs immediately they don’t just want your money and fob you off they are very helpful friendly and the after sales service is excellent I can’t recommend this company enough shame I can only give 5 stars

Daren made the process so easy for me, everything was so simple and smooth from start to end, absolutely fantastic service from him. So happy with my car after care is great too, the light for tyres came on about a week later, gave a call and I was booked in the next day to get it sorted. 5 stars from me will be recommending everyone I know, would rather pay abit extra for a car and avoid interest and to anyone who says it’s the same as interest it’s not?! They make it very clear what you are paying for, And the company are well within their rights to make abit of profit, how else would a business work! .. interest is variable and the amount you pay for the car is not variable it’s a clear price which is fair! I found Andy, Gary, Phil and Darren very approachable and helpful.
They did not hide the fact that car was ex Enterprise Hire Car and that such a car may be available cheaper elsewhere without 0% finance.

Will buy again.

The customer sales agent are lovely but the manager very rude. I was sold a bmw which was fine till i started having a leak in my car. Contacted the manager he said no way you can prove that this car was in accident as they do hpi check before purchase. Bear in mind hpi cover will never cover all accidents. I only found out when the mechanic stripped the car open and there was welding and painting job done in side. This was a real shock and the manager not willing to even help in any way. Never again... i would not recommend as you are paying a high price plus no guarantee in the car.
