"Inyo Pools" need to be "Inyo Pools and Inyo POCKET". Husband ordered a pool pump, gave someone our AMEX info over the phone, it was NOT info entered online, it was relayed to a person on the phone. The same day our credit card had 4 charges on it, IN FLORIDA (where this company is based) and we live in VA. Had them some Chikfila, some Starbucks and made purchases at 2 other places totaling $75. Luckily AMEX picked up on a 5th charge that was being attempted at a WAWA and denied it, then called us. So beware......don't give your CC info to anyone at this company over the phone.....cause you may not be so lucky.

I needed to replace the Century 1.5 HP motor on my Hayward Super Pump. I found this company through one of their instructional YouTube videos. Their automated AI Chatbot pointed me to a different motor, so I asked a human representative from this company's online chat service for help. He immediately provided me with a link to the correct motor as well as the tune-up kit I needed for my pump. He even placed everything in my shopping cart for me, making the process super easy. I received my order in just a few days. The new pump arrived via UPS in perfect condition. Thanks to this company's educational videos on YouTube, I was able to successfully replace the motor myself without problems, saving me a lot of money over having a local pool company install it for me. Highly recommend this company for swimming pool pumps and motors!

I had no idea what I needed - the CS rep knew exactly what to show me, and I had. I trouble replacing my pump cord.

I did receive my order, however the step treds were wrong size (my fail). Trying to arrange return for the larger size, still awaiting reply

The best website out there to find the correct part and for making sense out of all the manufacturer serial numbers versus distributer numbers. The best price, references, directions and support too. I read the reviews and many of the issues sound like customer errors. I had to replace a very old pump and had a hard time matching parts. I found the chat bot helpful and correct in thier recommendations. During business hours I chatted with a service rep who could answer more detailed questions regarding other options and confirmed that the pump, seals and gaskets recommended by the bot were correct for my situation. I could not get this level of support from any of the other web sites I used, including my local pool company Leslie's.

Pump was delivered quickly, installation was not difficult, and my old Pentair plumbing matched the new Pureline pump dimensions. Motor runs well and programming the variable speed was easy and it works fine. Three minor imperfections: (1) the threading on the motor did not fit the threading on the electrical conduit connector very well (plus the Pureline motor requires a straight connector which is a bit awkward), (2) there is already a chip in the clear plastic filter cover which is hopefully not a sign of a future problem, and (3) despite the fact that this is an Energy Star rated pump, there is no Energy Star sticker on the pump (which is required for me to get a rebate from my local power company). For the great price of the pump, these are minor problems and the real test will be how durable the pump and motor are in the long run. So far, so good!

Wonderful customer service and promp shipment!

One part I received was not able to fit pool pump. The EXPLODED diagram for my Hayward spx2700 series pump shows the correct part but you listed the wrong filter different from view so I got a part that I will be returning with RMA so iam out the shipping and lost pool time. The motor I got is fine and works as expected.

Replacement pump arrived promptly and in good condition. Upon trying to connect inlet & outlet fittings it became apparent the threads were different. Trip to Pool supply store & local hardware store was required to purchase proper fittings and thread compound. Spent extra 2 hours replacing pump.

Ordered 3 pool filters and so far pool maintenance has been minimal!!! They also arrived a day earlier! I'm impressed!!

The worst customer service I have ever worked with. Bought a pump( Pentair Intelliflo) received with a broken volute.
Called - they will get back to me. So I bought a replacement volute from them, thinking I don’t want to return pump, just need the part.And when they call back I can just get credit for the replacement volute. NO NO NO on all of the above. Their way to handle problems is to ignore them and they will go away. NEVER RISK MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE. Could and should have and will from now onwards find somebody, anybody else to do my business. 5-23-2023 order number 61969982-1
